I ordered a dress for a wedding and when I tried it on I just didn’t like it at all so I returned, I received my refund with ease and within the specified time frames on the returns policy. I then ordered a second dress and it’s gorgeous! Can’t wait to wear at the wedding this weekend.

Ordered 2 dresses for upcoming weddings I have. Looked fab on the website and heard amazing things! Was impressed with how quick the delivery was but the fabric of the dresses did not meet the price I paid at all… The dresses were also way too big for the sizes they were marked at they had to be returned. On doing so I had to pay €4.95 myself for the return label which I didn’t mind but got an email to say I wasn’t receiving a full refund, €6.50 taken from what I originally paid. Love supporting small Irish businesses but unfortunately I won’t be buying from here again.

We bought the Rio and Anna Dresses In champagne for our friends wedding. They all fit perfectly we are all very different body types and we all felt amazing such great dresses. The Anna dress was better for the girls with smaller busts. I was 5 months pregnant at the time and had a Rio. I was so scared I wouldn’t fit in it. Yet I did with no additional adjustments and felt amazing. Thank you oh hello clothes for providing a dress of quality. Would highly recommend for a wedding or formal occasion.

The strap on the dress came away the first time the dress was worn before even had left the house. Paid 180 euro for the dress and no refund and if you want repair the dress have to pay the shipping cost. The worst company for customer care would never buy from them again.

I've been really impressed with Oh Hello over the last year or so. I was struggling with finding bridesmaids dresses that weren't too expensive, were the colour I wanted and that the girls all liked. One of them recommended Oh Hello and well, the dresses were so gorgeous and delivered so quickly that Oh Hello is my go-to site for dresses now. I bought 3 dresses for my honeymoon, and a dress for the late-night portion of my wedding. All arrived so quickly and were exactly like the website. And I get compliments everytime I wear one of their dresses. Will continue to come back whenever I need a nice dress.

These items are really expensive for the quality they are. I didn't like my dress due to the polyester feel vs price and wanted to return. They have a very short window for returns and would not let me return despite the fact they have 2 labels for assurance it has not been worn and you have to pay delivery for returns anyway. Admittedly I asked after 30 days but 14 is still very short. I definitely would not order from here again. Will have to try and sell my dress on elsewhere.

I have so many good things to say about Oh hello! I ordered a dress for a wedding and I couldnt be more in love with my dress, its even more gorgeous in person! The delivery was very quick and also the customer service is fantastic! I had a lovely lady called Laura who was ever so helpful with a query I had for my delivery! Highly recommend and will be ordering again very soon!

My experience is ongoing but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I wanted to support an Irish company but after this I won’t ever again.

The seams came apart on my dress after one wear. Customer service said twice that since the dress was not delivered that way they will not issue a refund, they only refund dresses that have not been worn. This clearly a breaches EU goods and services regulations.
They have also said there is nothing wrong with the dress which I have photographic evidence of to the contrary.

It is reasonable that dresses should be usable for more than one wear otherwise the website should clearly state that they sell disposable dresses! I did not receive a reply for over 10 days but received a response immediately after the Trust Pilot review. There are also many cases with similar stories to mine on different review sites now like reviews.io so it appears they regularly treat customers like this.

I do not recommend buying from this site!!

I will file a small claim against this company, I am shocked at the completely unreasonable customer service.

Ordered my daughters prom dress in January, she wore it last week, she looked amazing, and so many compliments. Staff were very helpful, good communication, We will definitely be using again Thanks

The delivery was spot on, and the dress was true to size, I was worried ordering a PROM dress online as I did not know if the quality or the sizing would be ok! And it was perfect did not need to have it altered the quality was amazing and thick! AMAZING ALL ROUND! 🔥💗 Will definitely recommend this site to my friends and family and so will my daughter xx

Dress came up large for the size so needed to return. Not best pleased that I had to pay 7 delivery uk to uk and then had to pay 4 pound for a return. Not yet received confirmation of my return or refund. This puts me off ordering from there again unfortunately.

Placed an order at 6pm Thursday evening with expected delivery of 4-7 days, it turned up at 10am Friday morning!! Amazing delivery. The dress is absolutely stunning, quality is amazing! Looks better in real life!!

My dress came in the standers time it was to be and they were always polite in their emails and with quick responses. The dress is absolutely beautiful and has good quality as well

Refund time was super quick which was great. Dress was nice but unfortunately not right for me. The only issue is it’s £7 delivery, which isn’t next day and then £3 to return. £10 in shipping fees is quite expensive for an online retailer and would put me off ordering again.
