If I could give Zero stars I would - very arrogant shop floor staff
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 25yr in manchester. The staff are unhelpful, arrogant and unprofessional. The staff dont smile, or say hello as you walk into the store, instead they look at customers in a disapraging manner. I was trying to purchase a pair of Birkenstocks in size 11, the guy behind the till did not once look up from his phone. All they had left was a size 8, and he kept telling me i should try them on as they are a "big fit". No wonder they are closing down. You are much better off shopping at END - far superior in every way!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in and the lad behind the counter didn’t look up from his phone. The girl on the shop floor didn’t even look at me. I was willing to spend money but didn't in the end.

Massive fan of the garments
Massive fan of the garments. Their buyers are great. My only gripe is that most of their clothes aren't shown on models, so it's hard to know the fit.
