Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

Contacted Bath branch as I was told they might have some stock left on the discontinued item I was looking for. As I live in London I always visited Oka when in Bath but have not visited there for about 3 year. It was nice to talk to Linda who has been there for about 6years, always helpful & was kind enough to post my purchase.

OKA Bath is one of my favourite stores! Each time I go in I get first class customer service, great tips and a warm welcome from Natasha and her team. The OKA went out of their way to help me. When various items were out of stock online they helped me purchase in a number of stores across the country to ensure all items were purchased in one go. They helped arranged transport and were brilliant communicators throughout, even emailing me out of their shop hours. Couldn't rate them highly enough

Customer service at the store when I went to collect my on line order was not great. Firstly I didn't receive any messages to say my order had arrived just one to say that it was on its way and that I would hear when it arrived. Having not heard anything 12 days on, I rang the store to check it was there, which I was told it was. I drove the 30 min trip to collect it only to be told they couldn't find it and could I leave my details and come back another time .....not an option I wanted given the distance to the store. Eventually having asked them to check for a forth time they found it!!!

Easy, enjoyable shopping experience
Helpful salesman confirmed lampshades were the right size from photo, gave me a pair of harps to go with them, and assured me I had two weeks to bring them back if they didn’t fit.
There was a large selection of shades from which to choose.
