I ordered an M80 chair from Okup. It arrived quickly and I soon realized I ordered the wrong model. Customer Service worked with me to get the intended model. The chair was so nice that I decided to keep the original chair too. If you're on the fence about ordering this chair, do it! You won't regret it. I am afraid for the upgraded chair to arrive. My husband will never want to leave his desk.

Love the Chairs. Ordered one for myself and it was so comfy I had to order one for my wife and daughter. They didn't need the lift but they love the chair and the heated seat and massage feature. It's so comfortable and it doesn't take up a ton of room like some recliners.
Had an with problem with one being damaged but the company resolved the issue for me.

Good and responsive customer service! They helped me with my issues and resolved them to a satisfactory conclusion.

I ordered a chair that was listed available on the website. I was aware that it would take a few weeks to get to me and I was okay with this so I ordered. They emailed a week or so later that the chair is on back order and asked if I wanted another one. I told them I would wait and I wanted the chair I ordered. Fast forward another week or 2, they said I cannot receive the chair because they are not putting it back in stock. To remedy the issue, I asked for a different model. They agreed to send it, however it was not what I actually asked for. After going and back and forth, I asked for a refund and they agreed. They wanted pictures of the unopened boxes, which was weird because I knew not to open the box anyway, but needless to say I sent the pics. The chair was finally picked up. It was disappointing when 1 piece of the chair was delivered back to me yesterday. I have called and got no response. Extremely frustrated and this has been the worst purchase of my life thus far.

I purchased the Dual Motor Power Lift Recliner Chair from Okup. Unfortunately FEDEX delivered it and left the box out in the rain. I reached out to Okup customer service and was amazed that within 2 hrs I had an empathetic and understanding reply. Even though the delivery mistake was no fault of theirs, they immediately stood by their product and offered a very reasonable and fair solution to a problem that really was caused by FEDEX. Super customer service and I was actually stunned at the response time and resolution! Will do business with this company again.

I love my chair. After I got it, I realized where I sit, it needs to be raised a little higher to see clients as they come in the front lobby, so I contacted them and they are shipping me the extended lift for the chair.

I purchased a M78 powered office recliner. Out of the box, the wiring is too short for one of the connections to meet. Because of this, none of the powered features of the chair work. E.g., recline, adjustable lumbar, heat, etc. Still waiting for a resolution. A simple extension kit would fix it. They have stopped replying to my emails.

Order the chair off of Amazon and it shipped promptly to my location. The process of putting the chair together was very easy and the instructions were easy to follow. I did contact support for a small issue but support was very helpful and working with me to resolve my issues. Would recommend 100%.

This office chair is both comfortable and supportive, making long hours at the desk much easier. The reclining feature is smooth and adjustable, perfect for quick breaks or relaxing between tasks. Cushions are soft yet firm enough to provide good back support. Overall, a great balance of comfort and functionality.

This office chair is so beautiful and comfortable. One of the best office chairs I ever owned. The customer service was top notch. I lost the charger to the chair and they are sending me another one for free. Great company and highly recommended

I received my M80 office chair about 2wks ago and I am very impressed. I am an Network Engineer and PC gamer so I spend A LOT of time sitting at my PC. In my quest to find a comfortable chair for a big man, 6'2 around 315lbs I first tried Secret Labs Titan XL. It is a very durable and rugged chair but not very comfortable for the price. The base, where you sit, had no give to it whatsoever. It was very stiff and you could not stay in one position for long before adjusting your sitting position. For the price, I expected a more comfortable chair when sitting for a long period of time. I ended up giving the Secret Labs chair to my wife and purchasing, big mistake, a gaming chair from Temu. The price was attractive but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Then I saw an ad for Okup's M80 office chair. It looked very well made, was able to hold a man of my size and height and for the same price as the Secret Labs, offered dual motor for reclining and footrest. I did not get the massage and heat options as I live in SC so mother nature takes car of the heat at no charge. I now work and game for 8+ hours a day without my bum hurting. The ability to prop my feet up and recline lets me watch movies etc at my PC and enjoy this chair. If you are on the fence about a new chair and spend a lot of time in it like I do, you cannot go wrong with the M80 office chair. Your bum will thank you! Cheers.

Bought this because I gave up on an even more expensive chair, that kept creaking and the manufacturer could not send me one that wasn't. This chair is substantially less in cost AND is way more plush! I do enjoy the motorized leg pad. Would recommend to those who want that high-eng luxury feel, but not the high-end luxury cost.

My partner absolutely loves his chair! It’s so comfortable. And the chair’s ergonomic design has helped his support his back. The shipping was quick and the customer service from the sales representative named Gon was exceptional!

Awesome chair with great support to boot. Ordered the M80 with all the bells and whistle. Got an email like an hour later stating that it was on back order and would take about 30 days. Appreciated the fact that I was advised of this and the option to modify my order. Decided to go with the M76 since I couldn't wait. Communications through email was quick and concise. Chair arrived a few days later. Easy install. VERY comfortable. Great buying experience.

Customer service was quick and helpful! The chair is on the small side so it didn’t work out for us but it is a nice looking chair for a smaller person. All the features worked properly. You can’t beat the customer service.

I was surprised to find this chair on facebook. The ordering was extremely easy. It was delivered in only five days.

People are super nice and willing to help 5. I am tempted to give 4 stars on quality as assembling the arm rests were near impossible and I almost returned it. The assembly is stupid easy but the parts would not align properly. after 45 min of fighting what should have been a simple task we got it assembled. I had to remove the arms fully assemble the difficult part then reattach to the chair on the backrest. The people made this company the product hardware has alignment issues. The chair now that its assembled is frigging awesome. ITs huge so if you are skimpy on space you may wish to reconsider. It's like a plush recliner for the living room on caster wheels for our desk. LOL
