Well done guys
Called into the London Victoria station branch and received excellent customer service. The dress I wanted wasn’t available in my size. A lovely member of staff called Faith called various branches to source the dress for me. Once she had located it she asked them to hold it for me. When I arrived at the other store it was ready and waiting for me. A big thank you to Faith who I think went above and beyond. I am one happy customer!
Ordered a lamp it was faulty, not great customer service, kept saying would be collected and took three attempts, meaning having to work from home for no reason. Customer service woman also said ‘they had had no other problems with” strange comment particularly as it’s a brand new item on the website. Anyway the next lamp was eventually sent and was completely bent and unusable. I will apparently receive a refund once they have it back (I have sent it back and they have the tracking) but as I’ve already explained and sent pictures it’s completely bent and I’m not really sure what the issue is as I just want a refund now after this complete disaster

Went into the Reading branch today and the staff were so welcoming and friendly also extremely helpful with my purchase of a large weekend bag which made for an enjoyable experience plus all the products are amazing
Thought I would give OB another try as customer service must have improved. However, after having ordered and paid for next day delivery on 13/10, my order did not arrive next day and online chat was very dismissive with no acknowledgement of how poor this is. Evri tracking says it is standard service, not next day delivery so they have not processed it yet. Also, OB have cancelled part of the order but not bothered to let me know. Why accept payment if items are not in stock?
Finally arrived today 16/10- 3 days later than promised. Courier says no next day service was asked for.
Seems to be a common occurrence with OB.

Incredible customer service to help me locate an out of stock and even out of production lost in a house move. Super friendly and helpful staff.
I wanted to buy a housewarming gift for my nephew. Unfortunately I could not proceed as there was no way to close the annoying “subscribe now” window. I do not subscribe to the mailing list of every store I visit or buy from, especially when it’s a one off.
I bought my gift from John Lewis instead, with no difficulty.
Strange way to run a business.

Had an issue with a parcel, completely not their fault more the delivery company and the parcel shop contacted Oliver bonas and they had replaced the item and sent to my house and I received a discount code , brilliant service well done 👍 how a business should be run .
Got a lovely purse from Oliver Bonas for my birthday in March, it has absolutely come away into pieces. Not really good enough considering the money they cost, even a cheaper purse would have lasted me longer than 6 months. Disappointing! Will not be buying from this store again.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I will never buy from them again having been a very good customer for years. They put the entire risk of delivery on customers and refuse to pay a refund until the items have been returned to them, despite me never receiving any of the items, which they acknowledge. I am significantly out of pocket for a considerable amount of time and the quality of the responses received have been shocking.

Amazing products! I made a big order (my first on this website) and every single item arrived super fast and in perfect condition. The quality is great and the colors are so vibrant. I highly recommend.
We purchased a lovely rattan ottoman from Oliver Bonus. The quality and appearance of the ottoman is beautiful and we are so pleased with it. Both the staff at the Oliver Bonus store (Bury St. Edmunds) and the customer service team have been outstanding in their efficiency, professionalism and customer care. Thank you all so much and we will definitely be back!!!
Sasha in the Winchester store was absolutely amazing! Helped me look for the strawberry tumblers I’ve had my eyes on for ages! Unable to source, Sasha gave me fab tips to make sure I can definitely get them again.

My daughter ordered some studs as a gift for me but they were very badly bent. Oliver Bonas were great, organised a replacement very quickly and collected the old (to recycle). Very impressed, many thanks!
My parcel was delivered to wrong house. I have to sign and return a denial of receipt form, which i can't do on my phone. I have no printer and they won't accept screen shots. So unhelpful. I have photos of it being the wrong door, still not enough. Won't ever use them again.

Ordered a bedspread which came with a hole in it and smelled musty. Very disappointing as first time I ordered from this business and it will be the last. I was offered a £10 gift card and no explanation
After a week I still have not received the item that I ordered. I called Oliver Bonas customer service and spoke to the representative who was very good at giving lip service and very bad at solving this issue.
This person first tried to tell me that Parcelforce tried to deliver my item, but nobody was in. I disputed this, as I was indoors waiting on it all day. After I disputed this, the representative then decided that EVRI was the courier and then readily agreed with my complaint and was full of apologies, assuring me that they would look into the matter and call me back with answers. They then informed me that the parcel would arrive today (as Oliver bonus had failed to send me any tracking details, I couldn’t track the parcel myself) they even sent me a tracking number that isn’t recognised on the EVRI tracking app .. so I waited again for the promised item, but it failed to appear and so did the promised return phone call from customer service. I’m just wondering what makes Oliver Bonas think that my time is not important … that they can advise customers to sit indoors and wait for parcels that they probably know aren’t going to arrive anyway. No doubt after this someone will contact me saying that ‘customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance’ and that ‘they strive to get everything right and ‘please get in contact using the link below and we will endeavour to resolve the issue’ blah blah blah …. I’ve already been in touch with customer service and they failed to resolve the issue. I just feel as if I’ve been fobbed off. I’ve paid for an item that I haven’t received and only goodness knows where it is.
Dreadful experience …Will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered a dress from this online store, my first purchase with them and most certainly my last!!
The dress arrived damaged with missing fastenings and make up around the yolk! It had obviously been ordered previously and returned but not checked on receipt by the warehouse. I contacted the company who offered to allow me to keep the item, not an option since fastenings were missing, a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement since I loved the dress. Unfortunately it was already too late to take on my holiday. I returned the item and sent proof of postage, only to now be told the dress has sold out. Why offer a replacement if stock was sold out???
Dreadful company. Still waiting for a refund. Never again!!

Good quality, great colours, style and unique designs also affordable especially for the quality (which is very good) unfortunately for me EVERY TIME I go into a store I buy something! I've started going in there for gifts as well - the staff in our Watford branch are always nice and they seem to love the items as well which is good!

So it’s no surprise we have Oliver Bonas vases, candle holders, drawers—you name it. They have a real talent for making everything colorful, no matter how plain or traditionally colorless it might be.
But in this vibrant world of theirs, there’s one thing that isn’t defined by color, and yet it shines the brightest: their old-school respect for the customer. Whether you shop online or in-store (ours is in Liverpool), they are always attentive, respectful, and genuinely helpful—listening first, before offering an answer.
