Oliver Burn Reviews

I found a flat for rent with Oliver Burn Clapham and in almost three years I had no issues.
Louise has always been very professional and helpful, the dialogue is always quick and the whole team has always been available, really excellent service so far.

I've been with Oliver Burn for over a year now, and they fully manage my flat. From the beginning I could tell they were an upfront and honest organisation, and they have never disappointed.
Louise and her team in the Clapham office have been fantastic, looking after my tenants without all the hidden costs you get with other Estate Agents.
Great first year and looking forward to many more!

I've only been renting with Oliver Burns for a few months but been pretty happy so far. Getting the papers done was fairly easy and smooth, and the handing over of the keys worked out without any issues as well.
If there are any issues or queries, the team is quick to respond and take action. Very friendly and helpful!

Very efficient, responsive and fair agent.

My wife and I were downsizing to a flat and as soon as we found a flat that we wanted Tim Hudson was on our case - even going into his office on a Saturday evening to progress the deal.
Throughout the process he kept us informed and was a fantastic link between the charming vendors and ourselves.Very down to earth and honest - we trusted him from the outset.
Thanks Tim

Tim C-P was very professional and superb in keeping a close eye on the process and "budging along" solicitors, during the sale of my Late Parents' house, as well as providing me with regular updates during the sale transaction. Viewings were conducted, with ample notice given to me, even though I was not living at the house and updates relayed to me, following each viewing.

Indeed, the whole team at Oliver Burn (special mention also to the superb Tim Hudson), were an absolute pleasure to deal with, as each of them reflected an outstanding high standard of professionalism, along with friendliness and constant proactiveness.

I would most definitely recommend Oliver Burn, in particular Tim C-P, who worked tirelessly throughout, ensuring the sale process progressed with minimal delays ...from point of acceptance of offer, to completion, the timescale was 6 weeks!!!

Tim C-P was excellent in dealing with our purchase. Got us over the line by chasing solicitors where needed and also a really nice guy too

This small family firm was first class. Tim Clarke-Peyton and Tim Hudson could not have done more. They made the marketing exercise smooth and presented the house beautifully on the marketing platforms. The viewings were conducted sympathetically and with appropriate warning time and the sale was concluded within three weeks. Recommend very highly.

The wonderful Tim Hudson at Oliver Burn worked tirelessly to sell my Brixton property - a super proactive and friendly agent.

Being a first time vendor who needed a little guidance, I particularly appreciated Tim’s open and honest approach to the whole process - and he really went the extra mile to help smooth out any hurdles that cropped up along the way.

I can’t recommend Tim H and his team enough. A 5 star service. Many thanks!

The team led by Tim C-P were fantastic when we sold our Stockwell villa 2 months ago. He found dedicated and enthusiastic buyers, working tirelessly to get the sale through in 5 weeks! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Tim C-P was a pleasure to work with and made our application process really smooth, and we're continuing to receive a brilliant service from the team with our new rental.

We have been really impressed with Oliver Burn and would highly recommend them to anyone. Having been let down by an estate agent previously, we were grateful to Tim's proactive and honest approach. Things moved very quickly and Tim did a great job securing a great price. Thank you.

Always very responsive and happy to help when there are issues. Had been a tenant with them for 1.5yrs and for the problems we had, they always ensured they were fixed.

I was a tenant with Oliver Burn for two years and had a really good experience. Louise couldn’t have been more helpful and always sent someone round if there was a problem very quickly. Plus, we got our full deposit refunded at the end.

I rented a property with the Clapham Road Oliver Burn Practice. Louise and her team were fabulous, always sent someone out very quickly for any problems with the house. Thank you for a great 2 years!

Excellent staff, great communication and free advise!! I would advise if your a first time buyer or thinking of relocating. Oliver Burn would be my first port of call.

Brilliant service. We had a really difficult time with a sale falling through and then a complicated chain. Ashley and the team were fantastic and without Ashley chasing and negotiating all up and down the chain I’m not sure the sale would have gone through. I can’t recommend them high enough.

Generally very good service. I feel I have a good relationship with the business.
