I ordered a dress from Olivia Rose expecting a product from what appeared to be a London-based fashion brand. Their website prominently presents the company as “Founded in London” and gives the impression of a UK retailer.
Unfortunately, the dress I received was far below the quality shown and described on the website. When I contacted customer service, I was offered only a 20% refund and told that I would need to return the item to China at my own expense — something that was not made clear at the time of purchase.

The website also advertises “Free Shipping”, yet my order included an additional £2.99 “Shipping Protection” charge, which I found confusing and misleading.

The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Customers should be made fully aware of where a company is actually operating from, where returns must be sent, and what costs they may face before placing an order.
I would not recommend buying from this company unless you are comfortable with the possibility of expensive overseas returns and a product that may not match the advertising.

Do not buy from here.
Rubbish quality from a scam website from China. Offered me 10 % off then 20% off to keep it or 50% off something else.
Return is to China.
I have raised a dispute with my bank and will go to trading standards. My bank has advised me not to return it as I will be wasting more money.
Can't believe I fell for it. I've wasted £49.95 of my hard earned cash... what a mug.

The clothes are nothing like what is advertised, the material is cheap and ill fitting and the returns police is a nightmare. Awful customer service, absolutely will not be buying from here again.

Poor quality, overpriced, and a very frustrating return process. The product I received looked nothing like the quality shown on the website. Returning the item was made unnecessarily difficult, with repeated attempts to avoid issuing a full refund and requiring an expensive return shipment to China. In my opinion, this website is misleading, and I would not recommend it.

I would rate this company a 0/10. All the reviews about this company are true! I have just received my order and can't believe I have been misled - the quality is extremely poor, stitching is terrible and the dress does not look like how it was shown on the website. Reading the reviews I am now concerned I might not get a full refund. I have raised the issue with my bank. I thought it was a UK based company and became suspicious when my item took a long time to arrive. Do not buy from this company!

False advertisement on their website, sizes are all over the place and the two dresses I received were such bad quality from china.
Been back and forth with customer service team regarding my refund and they were sure to offer an alternative rather than physically accepting that I just wanted my money back.

They also do not take ownership of custom fees when shipping your items back to china.
Be careful!!!!!

If I could do no star that would have been my first choice. A full refund is never given just offers of money off next order, quality of product is very poor and ill fitting. Company is based in China not London everything about the company is corrupt.

I have just received a pair of Elisa trousers that are made with cheap fabric, badly designed and unwearable. I did not see any reviews before I ordered, but will always check now if it is an unknown supplier. Total rubbish.

Front for a scam in China. Refuse to provide returns and effectively provide Shein clothes at mark up prices. Multiple back and forths via email including quoting UK consumer law. Avoid at all costs.

Do not bay from this Olvia rose London. Com its very poor quality and its come from China you will never get returned or refund, the details of clothes or items is not clear, the offer to return was 20% refund from cost what i pay probably it costs more than prize of items what they have my money,

I will start by explaining that if I could give this service ZERO stars then I would. I work within a Customer Facing role and I can honestly say that I am so disapointed. This is not a London Based company they are obviously in China.
I ordered a really lovely dress and it arrived, in 2 pieces and was very cheap and nasty. The whole outfit would have fitted a size 8-10 however, I had ordered a much much bigger size. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED RETAILER.

Terrible fake clothes - be warned! They don’t offer refunds. Just pay for shipping back to china. It’s a fake scam site.

Don't be mislead when it says 'London' - the items take weeks to arrive and are a nightmare to return because they come from China. No where on the website does it indicate this which it misleading and false advertising.

Bought a dress for £65. Quality of the dress was fine in my option however it took 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it did not fit. I wanted to return the dress as it says 30 day return on the website. This was practically impossible. After negotiations back and forth they gave me a 30% refund and 30% store credit and let me keep the dress which I cannot wear.

It says on their website that it is 30 day returns. I can confirm it is absolutely NOT! When they finally give you the return information it is to a warehouse in china and they expect you to pay shipping fees and customs fees. This is why I accepted the 30% as it would cost more to send back. The address they gave me to return when typed into google did not exist. Communication from the seller was shocking too. Please please please avoid!

False advertising, the quality of the dresses are cheap SHEIN style dresses, SHEIN is probably better quality, I have to email to get a return and they keep offering alternatives and and are making it incredibly difficult to make a return.

Once they give you a return address it’s in China and they request tracked delivery with no refund guarantee. Considering the item arrived without tags I doubt I would get a refund.

Anyway this is a common theme according to the banks, lots of company’s using this model so watch out.

I was genuinely excited to receive this dress, but it turned out to be an absolute disappointment from start to finish.
The fabric feels incredibly cheap and nasty.
The fit is completely off. The sizing seems random at best—too tight in some places and oddly baggy in others.
The colour is also misleading. What I received looks dull and faded compared to the vibrant shade advertised online.
Overall, this feels like a very low-quality item. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re prepared to be disappointed. Customer service is nonexistent. Dreadful, run far, far away!

It's a scam - do not buy from them - the goods are appaling and they do not allow returns - I will be taking them to small claims courrt

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Classic dropshipping returns trap. Market as “London” brand,
ship cheap items from China. If you complain or request a refund they make it as hard as possible - offer 10–20% refund or force return to China. Return is so expensive/risky that most people give up.

Only giving 1 star as 0 isn’t an option!!! Wish I had read this before ordering!!! Dress came faulty can see it’s a manufacturing fault but they can’t refund me I need to choose something else

If this happens to you, act quickly: contact your bank and start a dispute (chargeback) to try to recover your money. Also report suspected fraud to Action Fraud and get advice from Citizens Advice so others can be protected and the issue can be investigated.
I had a very poor experience with this company. The service/product was not delivered as promised, and communication was poor or unresponsive.
