Scammers!! Says the company was founded in 2006 in london but is actually a chinese business started in 2026 (false adverstising) ordered weeks ago and havent recieved anything, thankfully raised a dispute with my credit card company and won the refund back. Reverse image searched the same dresses and have found them on websites for a fractuon of the price olivia rose london is selling for. Comments are all turned off on Instagram for a reason, multiple others stating they have also been scammed AVOID!!!!!

They are not based in London very misleading, merely a front for a scam operation in China,

After 15 emails back and forth they offered to give 20% of the cost back. I am in dispute to recover full amount.

Id give this site 0 if I could but It wont let me. This site is a huge scam AI generated pictures and reviews. Ive just received one of the three dresses I ordered. No label, no branding cheap material and nothing like what was advertised. Should of been drop shoulder but the neck isnt big enough and the fabric doesnt stretch. The zip should of been at the back but its at the side the bust sits above the bust ill fitting cheap rubnish. It wasnt worth £44.95 let alone £90 its original price but thats to draw you in. Its not even the same colour. Its traded under so many different names. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Im trying to do the returns process but im not expecting much. I think im going to have to swallow the £123 + loss. Its says it has a 30 day money back guarantee but thats to draw you in two. Its not london designed nor is it london based found an address for the netherlands and items come from china and india with no UK base. You have to return at upur own cost. I feel so stupid for thinking it was genuine. Please dont buy from this site dont get taken in by tbe tik tok adds either. Ive reported to trading standards.

Do not buy from this company I do not know how it is still open. The company says its based in london it is not it is based in China. Delivery takes 3 weeks! The quality of the dress is horrific it is see through and nothing like the picture. They are a scam wesite they only offer a 10% refund and they offer you to keep the dress that shows that they are aware of how bad their products are. You also have to pay for the return. Please do not buy.

Very poor quality clothing. When I wanted to return the very overpriced products that were not true to size, I was told I would have to pay considerable shipping return costs that would not make it worth while. They gave me credits to some selected products, which I ordered but very limited choice. When received they were very low quality again and unwearable. Do not waste your money!

If I could give zero stars I would. Clothing is very poor quality and not that cheap . Photos on site make out clothing to be a lot better quality than it is. Makes out in London but stuff comes from a lot further.

DONT NOT USE!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Only giving them one star as I have too! SHEIN has better quality products. When you try too return they give you everything but a full refund! Then after weeks you finally get a return address it’s in china and cost a fortune too return! Despite not mentioning that anywhere on the website. This company is NOT London based my dress was damaged which should be covered for return by their policy but they refuse to pay return costs. I had to send it back to china at a high cost and they gave the wrong address!!!!! Nightmare do not buy from them unless you want to loose lots of money!

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding nearly 2 months ago and i am still waiting on the company to sort out the parcel that i never received. I have not got any further after numerous emails were sent. Instead i keep getting automated emails stating how frustrated i must feel and they are looking i to it. They still have not got past this email and nothing sorted!!!! Communication is very poor.

Very disappointing and misleading
The website name oliviarose.london makes it look like a UK/London brand, but the return address is in China. Returning the item means paying a very expensive international shipping fee, which feels misleading.
The product quality was extremely poor—cheaply made, wrinkled, and badly stitched. Nothing like the photos.
I do not recommend buying from here

I would rate this company 0 if I could. It won’t surprise you to know that this company is not based in London. Ordered 2 dresses which took ages to arrive and were really poor quality when they did arrive. I have tried on multiple occasions to return and was given the option to exchange or refund a partial amount and I could keep. I replied 4 times stating I only wanted to return to which they responded and supplied me with an address that doesn’t exist. They trade under many other company names as well and do exactly the same thing. Avoid!!

Ordered an item today and was overcharged at checkout I have contacted them no response, I am now going to contact trading standards stay away from this site

I ordered a Delvienne Vintage swede finish long coat, which is gorgeous in the picture. It arrived and looks like it isn't worth £10. It looks like it is made of felt, has none of the stitching which is shown in the picture and is an entirely different coat. I paid £59.95 which was apparently half price!
I have emailed twice, as apparently you have to return within 14 days, and 5 days later still have had no reply.

customer service, not great.
Clothes are definitely, NOT TRUE TO SIZE.
Won't be shopping there again.

I’m the same as the previous buyer, definitely not a uk based company but one based in china…. Took days to answer my emails kept offering me 20% back and to keep the dresses which looked nothing like the picture and the material was shocking!! My returns are still stuck in china awaiting custom clearance well we know that won’t ever happen!! I mean these dresses were not that cheap so yes I’ve definitely been scammed as well. So avoid at all costs because I will never buy from these again!!!!

Stay clear , cheap rubbish and refund only 20o/o if your payment. Total scam . Definitely not a London company

The website states they accept returns, but despite being OliviaRose London, the returns address - once you've fought to receive it, is in China. The material of the dresses bought is of the quality you'd expect the lining of a dress to be. One was see-through and others don't hang well as they are so thin. I feel scammed.
