I have been trading with this broker for several years, and my dispute has been ongoing since 24 November 2025.
During that period I noticed unusual settlement behaviour in several short-expiry trades. One trade (Deal ID 3910804743) was later reviewed by the broker and refunded on 27 November 2025.
This refund confirmed that an execution irregularity occurred in that trade.
Because of that confirmed issue, I reviewed other trades that showed very similar behaviour patterns and submitted them to the broker together with documentation and video recordings explaining the observations.
However, the Claims Department refused to review those trades further and stated that the case is closed.
What makes this situation confusing is the difference between the broker’s public communication and their private emails.
On Trustpilot, the broker replied publicly that my case would receive “priority follow-up” and that they hoped to bring the matter to a fair and clear conclusion.
But later in direct email communication, the Claims Department explained that the Trustpilot reply was only a general customer engagement message and that the case cannot be reopened.
So the situation now looks like this:
• One trade was reviewed and refunded
• Other trades showing similar behaviour were not evaluated further
• Public Trustpilot response suggests follow-up
• Private email states the case is closed
Since one trade was refunded after review due to an execution issue, it raises a reasonable question why other trades showing similar behaviour were not evaluated using the same criteria.
For transparency, I maintain documentation related to this dispute including trade records, email communication with the broker, and video recordings explaining the observations.
If the broker believes the case was reviewed correctly, I would appreciate a clear explanation of how the refunded trade differed from the other trades that showed similar behaviour.
This site will only waste your time and money. I deposited and when I tried to withdraw it was withheld without reasons. It was later I realized that they don't pay, it's just the way they are designed to extort from their users to benefit themselves. Don't use this site.
Be careful, their 100% is fake and a trap, once you lose your deposit, they will not allow you to trade so it's just trap only, it will show in equity but once your loss reaches to your deposit amount, they will close your position.

On 2 April 2026, I deposited INR 5,000 via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my trading account. Initially, the status showed “Pending,” and later it was changed to “Cancelled.”
Even after multiple follow-ups through email and support, I am only receiving repeated generic replies like “please wait” or “our team is working on it,” without any clear resolution or timeline. It has already been several days, yet my money is neither credited nor refunded.
This kind of delay when it comes to users’ funds is completely unacceptable. I trusted this platform, but this experience has seriously damaged that trust.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter further and share my experience across multiple public platforms.

I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding a deposit I made on March 11, 2026, which has not been credited to my account to date.
Initially, I was informed that the deposit would be processed within five business days (excluding weekends). This period has long passed, and I have now been told that my case is "exceptional" and may take 30 days to resolve. Every day, I receive repetitive assurances that a specialist will contact me within 24 hours, yet no action has been taken.
This delay is unacceptable, unprofessional, and constitutes a failure of service. It has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust in your platform.
I hereby demand immediate escalation of this matter to a senior management representative, and a firm, written confirmation of the exact date when my deposit will be credited.

مشكله هامه لقد مرت بمشكله في الايداع من يوم 5 الي اليوم لم يتم حل المشكله الي الان ولان هنا موقع ثقه لينا ولكل شخص حبيت انشر عليه مشكلتي ولم يتم حلها من قبل الشركه الي الان بعد الايداع كان معي الكريمات التحويل وإثبات التحويل قالولي أننا سوف نعمل علي حل المشكله والرجاء الانتظار 5 ايام عمل بعد ال5 ايام تواصلت الشركه معي بخصوص الايداع أن أرسل الصور الخاصه بالتحويل ارسلت الصور إليهم بعد يومين أرسلوا الي أن أرسل تسجيل فيديو يسبت التحويل وهذا أمر تعسفي من الشركه لا أراه من قبل في اي شركه قمت بإرسال الفيديو الخاص بالتحويل بعد الارسال قالو لي انتظر 5 ايام عمل هل هذا يعقل أن أنتظر المده دي كلها الايداع وانا كنت أريد أن أضيف مبالغ اخر ولاكني كنت أريد أن اشوف سرعه الايداع والسحب لكي أقوم بإيداع مبلغ اخر لاكن بهذا الوضع لا انصح اي احد رقم الحساب 95866416

⚠️ Warning about my experience with OlympTrade
I want to share my experience so other traders are aware.
On 18 February, I made a deposit of 1,500 EGP via my NBE mobile wallet to my OlympTrade account. According to their platform, deposits should be instant, but the money never appeared in my account.
I contacted customer support immediately. First, they told me the issue would be resolved within 5 business days. After waiting, they asked for proof of payment, which I provided (screenshots showing the amount, phone number, date, and time).
Then they asked for a full wallet statement, which I also sent exactly as requested.
After that, they told me to wait another 5 business days, and later they said that in some cases the process may take up to 30 business days.
Until now, I still receive the same generic responses saying the case is “under investigation” with no clear resolution.
I have provided all proof of payment and documents requested, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I’m sharing this experience so traders can be aware and careful when dealing with this platform.

Avoid this SCAM app! They manipulate trading buttons (Input Manipulation). I placed a 'Down' order and they recorded it as 'Up' to force a loss. When I confronted them with proof, they suspended my account to hide the fraud. Total casino, not a trading platform. Beware
