I deposited 18,025 EGP via Fawry on August 5th, 2025. I provided all receipts and transaction IDs, but support closed my ticket claiming they can't verify payments after 14 days. This is the same company operating under a different name to avoid their terrible reputation (90% 1-star reviews on Trustpilot).

Permanent Account Closure Due to Fraud and Lack of Integrity

Chart Manipulation: I have noticed clear and intentional manipulation in the trading charts, which do not match the real market movements seen on trusted global platforms.

Support Negligence (Rewards Issue): My reward points were redeemed by mistake. When I contacted support to reverse this error, the response was simply that "you did it and we cannot refund them," showing total disregard for customer assistance.

Withholding My Funds: You failed to credit my deposit of 18,025 EGP made via Fawry on August 5th, closing my ticket under the excuse of a "14-day policy" despite receiving all valid receipts and transaction IDs.

This is not an individual issue, but appears to be a systemic concern in how funds are managed within the platform, as there is no clearly visible, licensed regulatory authority responsible for deposits, withdrawals, or dispute resolution.

Communication is primarily limited to customer support, which in many cases provides general responses rather than clear solutions, while the phone number appears to function mainly as a formal contact point, without clear evidence of a locally regulated legal entity in the countries where operations are conducted.

Once funds enter the system, users may notice that their level of protection becomes significantly limited.

The support experience also reflects this pattern, as users are often asked to resubmit screenshots and proof, even though account and transaction data already exist within the system, which raises questions about the clarity and efficiency of the complaint handling process.

Based on my experience, I have decided to stop using the platform due to concerns related to transparency, dispute resolution mechanisms, and the absence of a clearly defined regulatory framework for financial issues.

Based on this experience and similar reports from other users, it is advisable for any user to carefully understand how funds are protected before making deposits, and to be aware of the nature of the entities responsible for handling financial operations.

They are still withholding my 13,000 UAH profit and only offering a refund of the initial 500 UAH deposit. This is a clear attempt to silence a successful trader. I have now officially moved my complaint to Forex Peace Army and IFMRRC. Do not trust this broker with your money!

They tell me here to "contact via registered email," but the truth is they have completely stopped responding to my registered email since October 7, 2025. They are only replying here for public PR, while internally they have ghosted me and blocked my access.

WARNING TO ALL TRADERS:

Chart Manipulation: They fully manipulate OTC charts. When you lose, they hide behind the "Market Risk" excuse.

Account Blocking: If you ask too many questions or show proof of their discrepancy, they simply block your account and ID to silence you.

The "Thief" Tactic: They are operating like digital thieves. They take your deposits easily, but when it comes to a $4,001 refund for a proven error, they play circular games.

No Protection: Don't be fooled—no regulator, IBC, or even Cybercrime departments can easily reach them because they operate from jurisdictions that evade local laws. If your country’s police are strict, they simply blacklist that country on their site.
I think there are 14 Countries which are listed as restricted country on their website.

I have tried every official channel (FSRA, AG, CyberCell), and this broker continues to ignore the evidence of selective refunds (UID: 112021190). Save your hard-earned money and stay away from this platform!

Withdrawal blocked after profitability; selective enforcement concerns

Pocket Broker’s public response to my earlier review introduces new allegations that require clarification and raises additional procedural concerns.
In its response, the broker states that this was “not the first violation” and that similar activity had already been identified on a previous account. If such a determination already existed, it is unclear why this account was allowed to continue operating normally.
Specifically, the broker:
• accepted deposits,
• allowed trading to continue for multiple days,
• approved initial verification steps,
• and requested additional documentation (selfie verification, identity confirmation, and proof of wallet ownership),
all while the account was allegedly already linked to prior violations.
Enforcement occurred only after the account became largely profitable. This sequence indicates delayed or selective enforcement rather than a pre-existing compliance decision.
The broker also alleges issues related to cryptocurrency wallet usage across accounts. The same withdrawal wallet was accepted and used for prior withdrawals without objection, and no compliance concerns were raised at that time. No transaction hashes, timestamps, or technical evidence have been provided to substantiate the newly claimed breaches of clauses 2.3, 3.3, or 3.10, nor was I given an opportunity to respond before restrictions were imposed.
If the matter is being treated as an AML or fraud-related issue based on linked account activity, the handling of funds across accounts appears inconsistent. I deposited approximately USD 9,400 in an earlier account and USD 1,300 in the later account. Deposits from the losing account have been retained, while deposit only refund was offered for the profitable account. Under standard AML principles, funds associated with an allegedly non-compliant client are typically treated consistently across all linked accounts, rather than selectively retained or refunded based on profitability.
While Pocket Broker emphasizes AML/KYC compliance, regulatory obligations do not remove the requirement for transparency, consistency, or due process—particularly when access to funds is restricted.
The broker also describes itself as a regulated platform. While registration under MISA is cited, publicly available information—including statements issued by the Central Bank of the Union of the Comoros—has raised questions regarding the scope and enforceability of MISA’s regulatory authority. These concerns were not addressed in the broker’s response.
Summary of Original Experience
My account was fully verified, including identity and liveness verification, before any restriction occurred.
The account was funded with USD 1,300, and through regular trading activity the balance increased to USD 10,283. When I attempted to withdraw, the account was restricted.
This was followed by a sequence of escalating verification requests (IP checks, additional selfie verification, and proof of payment method ownership). Each request was fulfilled, and none of the submitted evidence was disputed.
After all verifications were completed, Pocket Broker invoked generic terms clauses without identifying any specific breach and stated in writing that only the original deposit would be refunded. As of now, USD 8,983 in trading profits remains withheld.
I am posting this updated review to document my experience, address new allegations raised by the broker, and allow other users to assess the platform’s withdrawal practices, enforcement consistency, and regulatory transparency.

My experience & general informations

Based on my experience and after considering all the responses, I can say with complete transparency: the platform lacks transparency in providing information about any problems traders may encounter.

Traders cannot trade on economic news because they consider this a violation of their regulations. At the same time, they support scalping, which makes the process extremely complex and difficult to understand.

There is no legal recourse or protection for traders should they choose to take legal action. This means there is no protection for your funds. Furthermore, the licenses listed on the site are from the Island of Mwali, which are not subject to any legal oversight. To put it more clearly, the license falls into a gray area.

It's a good platform for people who make random profits on the OTC market, but it's not suitable for professional traders who aim to earn substantial sums.

Withdrawals are deliberately delayed. Processing times are inconsistent and arbitrary, with one clear purpose: to keep the client trading until the balance is completely lost.

This is not a technical issue. It is a strategy.
While a withdrawal is marked as “pending,” the platform waits and watches the account drain. When there is nothing left to withdraw, the problem disappears.

Repeated “verification” requests, vague replies, and silence are used to buy time and wear the client down.

A platform that operates this way is not neutral. It is betting against its users.

Market is rigged.
Withdrawal is almost impossible.
They will want for 1,000 additional documents as "proof" that you are withdrawing monies. It will eventually take several weeks, and you will have to spend your dollars because they cannot be withdrawn. However, you can deposit at any time.

After reviewing many user experiences on Trustpilot, Pocket Option shows a largely negative pattern. The most common complaints involve withdrawal delays or refusals, repeated verification requests, and accounts being restricted after profits are made. Numerous users also allege price manipulation and major differences between demo and real trading results.
While deposits are usually easy and the platform interface looks attractive, these positives are outweighed by serious concerns. Pocket Option is not regulated by a top-tier financial authority, which means limited protection for traders. In addition, aggressive promotion by affiliates and Telegram groups promising unrealistic profits raises further red flags.
Binary options are already high-risk products, and based on the volume and consistency of negative feedback, Pocket Option does not appear trustworthy. Proceed only if you fully understand the risks — or avoid altogether.

I have never experience so many bad things with a broker, as i do with PO. Im there since 2019 as even the first moderator. Build a lot with the old admins. Since there is a new Head of custom the atmosphear changed very bad for the moderators. there is no respect for them. This morning i have writen this in the moderator chat, and after that she banned me and removed the VIP badge and moderator badge. Imagine all those years work for them, and one new Head of custom can screw it all. I have now words. This was posted in that chat : Good morning Bo, since you are playing ostrich politics and not responding to me in DMs, I’ll do it here. From day one, I have always been a backup for the moderators in our team, even before your time, but that is a fact. Since you became head of custom, I’ve noticed that many things are going in a negative direction regarding the moderators. You write that this week, as a thank you, the rewards will be given in risk frees. That makes many moderators happy. You can see that some even depend on it. So why are fewer risk frees being distributed instead of just one-to-one? I see this as a show of power, which makes no sense. As if you have to pay out of your own pocket. This really doesn’t look like gratitude. Are you getting more benefits from this one-time risk free? It makes no sense at all. And look at the show of power you’ve shown me. I came back to give it one more chance, and what do you do? I’ve been here for almost two weeks, and what is my share? From 300 ULT per week, giving me a risk free of 10 yesterday?! Shame!!! Also, the selfie verification for mods has made no sense since you became head of it. If your withdrawal method is the same, what is there to verify? In your time, the mods just had to send me a DM and I would have sorted it out for them. All strange abuse of power. Also, it's nice to be congratulated and get something on your birthday. I always received 250 dollars on my birthday. Okay, a large amount, but how nice is it if mods get a ULT of 50 when they're birthday? I used to have a list; we can do that again now.
