Omegasonics’ ultrasonic cleaning technology is created by generators that produce high frequency electricity. This electricity is then converted into sounds waves through a transducer, which makes these waves vibrate. As the waves travel through water, tiny vacuum bubbles form and repeatedly implode upon any surface they encounter, removing even microscopic dirt particles. Customer service is truly exceptional. Of the 15 + years we have been doing business with Omega Sonics we have had only a couple of issues with our machine. When contacting Frank @ Omega the reply back is almost immediate and his knowledge in helping resolve the concern with our unit is always spot on. He has up and running asap.
