Older Ultrasonic tank suddenly stopped working due to component failure on generator module. Unit shipped back to Omegasonic, arrived Tuesday morning: - diagnosed, repaired, tested and shipped back by Thursday evening, back in production by Friday. Great service, Frank & team kept us informed of progress and went out their way to ensure unit got on the delivery vehicle by Thursday evening.

Drew Gill was professional and knowledgeable. He anticipated my needs and confirmed by asking me. I was very impressed. To top it off, he sent me the SDS that I needed immediately and stayed on the phone to confirm that I'd received it.

Very happy with the initial purchase and customer service. I purchased a benchtop model and the literature I was sent was shown with a basket. I did not get a basket and later found out it is a separate accessory so keep in mind. Machine itself is very good quality and does a great job of cleaning.

The cleaner came in early. The crate was pretty substantial - took a bit to break it out. Better safe than sorry. Had an issue with the pump on first use - called in to speak to a tech. Suggested that I needed to prime the filter cans. Primed with about 75% liquid in the filter cans - reinstalled, waited a few minutes and they she blows. Good support and the cleaner is now the center piece of our shop. SM Hanson Music is located in Salina, KS.

Drew and David are always responsive and helpful with questions, inquiries and requests. It is not uncommon to get a response within minutes from either one. We have purchase several machines from Omegasonics and have been pleased by their quality and resilience.

I was having some problems logging in to my account (could not remember PW) so I called. Drew answered the phone and put my order in easy peasy and with a smile and good attitude. Thanks Guys!

Great Product

Had issues with the website. We normally purchase via PO but I was sent an e-mail from Ida to place the order on the website. I was blocked and was sent a link to use to get unblocked which did not work. today, 3 days later, I was instructed to call to place my order. Drew was very helpful and stayed on the phone until he received confirmation the order was being processed. He did say he was going to send me to IT, Darin I believe but ended the call instead. So I have not cleared up the website issue.
