Despite having some difficulties getting an account set up via the website, Drew and Darin were incredibly helpful. They made sure I was still able to place an order and get what we needed. Definitely recommend Omegasonics for not only great working products but top tier customer service as well.

I had a simple "kill-switch" problem. My questions about filters were answered and was informed beyond with edification about pumps. Salesman Greg was really helpful. I was answered in a matter of minutes.

Darin came to our facility and provided direct hands on training for the use of our omegasonics equipment. I would say this training is a vital part of the entire system. We have been using ultrasonic equipment for years - but the information we learned in our time with Darin was phenominal and will have positive impacts in our entire contents cleaning and processing service.

Very thankful that hands-on training is offered after purchase. Yes, an extra expense but the lessons provided by Darin were very informative.

Drew and Omegasonics are awesome! I have multiple sonic cleaners from all the major brands. The Omegasonics units I have are the best all around. The sizes of the tanks, cleaning strength, noise generation and ease of maintenance are all won by Omegasonics. Drew and the support team are lightning fast with replies, and if you need parts you'll have them the next day. I offer Porsche engine rebuild schools and many of my attendees have purchased Omegasonics units after seeing mine in action during a class. I'd say that 25-35 of them have purchased these units, and no one has had any complaints- only high praises. If you are considering a sonic cleaner, this is what you need.

Drew and Frank got us out of a MAJOR jam with our 13 year old Omegasonic cleaner. They were on the phone to us, checking back with us, providing Frank's photos and attachments to help us fix it by ourselves. Frank talked us through the process and which new parts to order. We overnighted the parts and were up and running in 24 hours. Drew checked in to follow-up repeatedly. FANTASTIC customer service! Univ of OK marching horns will be ready 4-1-24.
