If I could give this company zero stars I would and I don’t know how they got any five star reviews that were actually legitimate. I had the same issues as many other one star reviewers. First of all you get a shoe that was made in China, which I’m not completely against if it’s a high-quality shoe, but it was the very opposite. The crazy thing is I had bought a $15 pair of just like backup tennis shoes from Walmart online and they are the exact same shoe I put them next to each other and they are the exact same shoe! I wish I could put a picture on here to show everyone! It wouldn’t be so bad if you could return the items but after spending $100, I’m gonna get $20 back if that because they said I could send it back if I pay all these fees upfront and then they would review my return and decide if they want to approve it at their discretion! I am not spending any more money on this horrible transaction! The really sad part is they are taking advantage of nurses. They are posting things like your nurse who works a long shift you need shoes that are gonna support you blah blah blah. That’s what I was looking for. But that’s not what I got. And my nurse wage is the only income that supports my family. Thanks a lot omega walk I wasted my shoe budget.

After receiving my shoes, I found that they came up much smaller than expected for a size 5.5. However, my concern was dealt with promptly and professionally, and the company has kindly offered to send me another pair free of charge. I’m very pleased with the customer service and appreciate how quickly they resolved the issue.

Poor quality, small lengthwise and yet wide fit.
LONG delivery time.

Extremely uncomfortable and very poor quality trainers. DO NOT purchase! These trainers are extremely UNFIT to be used. Caused open skin blisters and bleeding on 1st use!

My wife bought two pairs of shoes from this company based on the seemingly good quality website and the clearly advertised free returns. Goods arrived and quality of shoes wasn't great, nor did the sizes fit. She then asked to process the return, only to be told there was a 15% restocking fee, and we had to pay international delivery to Singapore (almost the same price as the shoes themselves). Tried to explain to the company that they had advertised free returns (we even sent them the screenshot) but they simply repeatedly cited their Ts and Cs which contradict the free returns offered, and asked if we would like part refund, or to buy more sizes at a discount rate. We are now down over £60 with two pairs of low quality shoes that don't fit to show for it. Steer well clear of this company! They are not playing things straight at all.

WARNING – THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM OMEGA WALK.

The shoes were poor quality and didn’t fit well. Despite the website advertising free returns, we were told we’d have to pay international postage to Singapore to receive a full refund. Customer service repeatedly pushed partial refunds instead.

The advertised free returns didn’t match the return arrangements we were offered, and despite multiple communications, we're simply told to check T&C's. We would not recommend ordering unless you’re prepared to risk a difficult and costly returns process.

Any issues we're dealt with quickly and efficiently.product was good quality and a good price would definitely recommend to anybody.

My mother in law suffers with plantar fasciitis, so I ordered a pair of trainers for her. Unfortunately, the size was too small, but the communication with the support team has been great and they are sending out a new pair free of charge. Very happy with their customer service.

The experience with this company has genuinely been delightful. I was not aware my uniform policy at the hospital does not allow white trainers but only black. I asked for a exchange and they said they would ship them for the postage charge and do not need to return the white shoes. I am very pleased

As someone who has Rheumatoid Arthritis I have a real problem with shoes that hurt. I am now ordering my 4th pair and I LOVE THEM!!! All the Drs and hospitals I go to i tell them all about them! I and my feet thank you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I recently purchased the Ortho Balance Ladies Shoes in black, and I am very happy with my purchase. The shoes are extremely soft, comfortable and supportive, especially when walking or standing for long hours. As my work involves a lot of standing and walking, I find these shoes particularly helpful and comfortable throughout my shifts.

The ordering process through the website was very easy and straightforward. I initially ordered a much larger size after referring to the measurements provided on the website. Once I realised the size was not right, I contacted customer service, and I was very impressed with their prompt response and support. They arranged the return efficiently and sent me my actual size within a short time. The whole exchange process was smooth and hassle-free.

Based on my experience, I would recommend ordering your normal shoe size rather than getting confused by the measurements on the website. The Ortho Balance is true to size, and my replacement pair fits perfectly.

The black colour is simple and professional, making them ideal for work as well as everyday wear. Overall, these shoes are soft, comfortable, practical and especially suitable for anyone who spends long hours on their feet. I am very pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service from Omega Walk. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

The worst, don't ever buy this junk it deserves to be in the trash!

Firstly they said these shoes are great for plantar fasciitis.
After ordering and then realising theyre coming from Singapore, they apparently got halfway into the journey and we're returned to sender, then a new pair was despatched.
When they arrived, I was disappointed after a longer wait. There is no arch support.
The insoles are a very thin piece of foam over a rigid sole.
Cheaply made.
There was a tag stitched on the side with 35 on it.
I ordered uk 3, which is a 36.
They are not comfortable for anyone with any kind of foot pain.
I am trying to send them back
They want me to keep them and they will refund £7
Or, I receive another pair the same and pay £10 postage, why would I want another pair when I want to return these?
Or. I can return them and pay the shipping fee of £10 plus a 15% deduction off the refund for restocking fee, and it will take 2/3 weeks.
Absolute nightmare.

I’ve been waiting for these beautiful, sturdy, and comfortable shoes, and I can honestly say they have lived up to their promise! The quality of the brand and the product itself is genuinely impressive.

I work 12-hour shifts, on top of a 3-hour round trip journey, so I spend a huge amount of time on my feet. I also suffer from severe heel pain, which normally makes long working days extremely difficult. However, after wearing these shoes, I can honestly say that I experienced no foot pain, even after a full 12-hour shift. They have been truly tested through my everyday working experience, and they have exceeded my expectations.

I would also like to give a special thank you to Miss Susan Brown for her incredible patience and tireless help throughout my order journey. My order was delayed for over a month, but Susan continued to assist me and helped me keep track of everything until it finally arrived.

And I can confidently say — the wait was absolutely worth it! ❤️

I purchased 2 pairs of runners unfortunately 1 pair i ordered incorrect size. I reached out to Omegawalk who responded within minutes. I wanted to return for exchange they offered to send me a correct size for cost of postage only ($18 AUD ),and keep the small size which i will donate to charity as they are too small for anyone I know.
The other pair are super comfy I just wore them on a 10klm walk!
I also purchased ankle socks and compression socks which i haven't tried yet but colours are super bright & they look good quality.
Customer Service is amazing postage they say 10 to 30 days my order arrived in 7 days.(Nsw Australia)
Shoes are so lightweight, beautiful colour I'm super happy with my purchase and the customer service from Omegawalk. Will definitely buy again
