They never reply, i have emailed them 5 times in a row and every 2 days, it shows that the customer service is already online but no reply at all. i have emailed them about the transaction that took too long and haven't arrived yet in 2 weeks, still haven't received it.
For 500 EUR (!!!) per month you can enjoy:
- Support that can ignore your messages for weeks
- Absence of basic bank statements. You can not download PDF with history. It is not a joke.
- They can shut down for 1-2 days so you can not access the account at all
- Bank can make your iban invalid and reject all payments "due to technical reasons" and you will loose all incoming payments
Overall, the worst banking experience ever. Zero clue who would ever use it.

The service I received was the worst I've ever experienced. I waited for three weeks without any updates, only to be told that I needed to pay £1,500 just to open an account. When I requested that my personal data be deleted, they refused. I strongly advise against using their services. Be cautious!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this bank. Despite their promise of faster payment services, I have not received any of my payments for over 12 hours. To make matters worse, the customer support is non-existent. No one has answered my inquiries, leaving me frustrated and without any assistance. Additionally, there are times when I can't even access my account because their system fails to send the necessary OTP messages. This is by far the worst internet banking experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise never trying them.

I've recently opened a business account with Omega and have a multi-currency account with multiple IBANs for international payments. While Omega's services are solid, improvements in pricing would make it even better. Most of my funding will come from sales on Amazon.com USA, which incurs costs due to its classification under country risk zone 2. Additionally, I need to pay my supplier in Oman, which falls under country risk zone 3. Lower pricing rates for these transactions would enhance my business's reliance on the Omega account.
I also find that costs associated with error reviews are high, and a reduction in overall pricing is highly recommended.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service, and Mr. Yacin was particularly helpful during the onboarding process.

Bank account opening is very smooth with Omega! Yacine helped me throughout the process when opening the account for my client. Thank you!
On 15 May we opened a business account.
We sent our new EUR and GBP bank account informations to all our EU and UK customers.
Bank Transfers started to send by customers and Omega asked us for the relevant documents for each incoming transfer. We sent them the official documents.
More than 20 transfers by our customers have still not been transferred to our account. Today we asked to Omega why the payments were still not coming and suddenly they sent us an email saying that our account was closed without any reason.
Complete nonsense completely.
It is not a company to be trusted in any way.
Their system is terrible. The payments of our Faster Payment customers should be in the account within seconds under normal conditions. But the payment has not come since 4 days.
They also closed our account as of today. Where are the transfers sent by customers.
Who will be responsible for this.
Will the payments be refunded to customers?
We have contacted many times during the day and they still do not respond.

We are trying to call them with their phone number on the website but nobody open because the phone number doesn't even ring.

"FCA saying concerning Omega BaaP Limited, (FRN: 901093); Some activities by this firm may not be protected. Please contact with FCA and Complain to the financial business"

We lost most of customers because of your system. We opened business account and we shared our local UK account to all our UK customers and they completed their transfers to our account but we could not receive incoming payments because you closed our account suddenly and without reason.
All customers say that "we completed the transfer and you received. But you say we didn't received it. Are you scammer".
Our company has been stained because of you and we still cannot see these incoming payments in our system or these incoming payments have not yet been returned to customers.
It is unacceptable.
