I have been an Omega client for 2 months or so and I am delighted so far with the bank, its service and commitment to a customer-focussed experience.

Ive been usin OMG since May 2021 and Im very satisfied with how it works! customer support can be slow but overall the app is great and the card is amazing. As with lot of other similar solutions, I see a lot of peeps complaining of accounts being frozen/closed. These guys obviously try to commit some sort of payments/banking fraud and are not happy that their moneys are frozen or accounts are closed!) I am surprised that they think this will help them get their money back. OMG marketing/customer support team should pick this up.

Account closed within a month of opening for no reason, still chasing my £10 deposit with them. In my opinion these fintech backs are a failure. Absolute waste!

Opened an account then they decided to close my account with no reason at all!

I then left a negative review on the App Store and they blocked me from seeing the app!

They guys are proper scammers, wouldn’t trust your money with them!!
