I worked with Justin Oliver on my Rolex ladies Datejust. He was truly professional in every way and went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction at the highest levels. We diligently worked on my behalf to ensure the transaction went as smoothly as possible! Again, he is the consummate professional!

I ordered a piece of jewelry from this company and spent nearly $2000. I found something I liked better and immediately requested a refund. In order to return the item they charged me a 15% restocking fee. The return policy says they “may” charge a 15% restocking fee which to me implies under a certain condition, not automatically. The item I ordered never even left their stock because I canceled it within 20 minutes of purchasing after business hours. I would understand if the item had been prepared to ship but charging $300 to restock something that never moved from stock is just a sleazy way to steal from customers. Terrible customer care!!’

OMI Jewelry entire process was very quick and profession. The product was delivered on the exact day they said it would be but the BEST part of all was the craftsmanship! It was AMAZING! I've done alot of research and I definitely understand why they are rated so high and I highly recommend them! 5 Star customer service they answered all my questions and have great prices.

Absolutely love my custom picture pendant! It’s everything I imagined it to be. This is my second purchase from Omi jewelry and I’m so happy with my purchase as well as the outstanding customer service from Justin. They will definitely be my go to for all my jewelry needs.

Because I was interested in purchasing a pro-owned Rolex, I was very careful about researching various vendors in my area (NYC). I settled on Omi due to their incredible reputation and my interactions with a specific sales associate (Justin). Not only do they have a solid reputation for dealing in authentic and high quality watches and jewelry, but their customer service is attentive, knowledgeable, and yet low-pressure. I am a customer for life! (I ended up purchasing a date-just with a custom dial and original diamond bezel.)

Justin was very helpful with finding the watches with me, as well as helping with the wire transfer. He even figured out an overnight shipping arrangement.

I made several purchases from them in a few month time span. I messaged them after making another purchase that one watch was still not shipped that I had ordered 2 weeks prior. I was reassured that all was fine. I got shipping notification and 1 watch was sent. When I checked, both watches had the same delivery confirmation number though ordered 2 weeks apart. They did not even notice. I had to email with delayed response and then call them. They claim a new employee messed up. This is huge mistake I have never seen any other company make before. They did ship the other watch after I called, and the customer service person was kind. She apologized though the emails I got did not sound very apologetic from the manager. I just hope that this does not happen to anyone else as it was very shady.

The owner has since reached out to me and I have placed orders since then and been happy. I believe this was human error and that they are trying to remedy this so it does not happen again.

Justin is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field . He does a great job of communicating and keeping you updated throughout the buying process and even after . His disposition , personality and hard work ethic is top tier . He’s super down to earth and genuine . He goes to extensive measures to get me the best deal. I know I probably aggravate him with the million questions I ask , but he doesn’t show it lol . I really appreciate Justin for being kind and always delivering exceptional customer service .

I returned some ear rings.
When speaking to a young man name Justin he gave more information on other items.

I could have shop at other on line sites but this rep was awesome.

I in the past I have spoken to someone from customer service and he was so rule.

I told myself I will never shop at omi anymore.

This brings me back to Justin.

For 2 weeks we spoken on the phone and through text messages.

Long story short.
If it wasn't for his kindness and patience with me I wouldn't never buy again from you guys.
As of now I did purchase a pair of earrings that cost more then I was spending at first.

Just because the sales rep name Justin gave me good customer service

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a $38k watch from OMI Jewelry through his website and then he called me 3 days later to tell me the price was wrong and an error on his website with the coupon code the offer. Would not honor and tried to get another few thousand out of me. Not an honorable man or seller. Total switch and bait to get more $ from me.

Fantastic customer service. I bought a Rolex watch from OMI and unfortunately it need 2 more links to fit properly. Russel was the best, he gladly and quickly put 2 more links on the Rolex for me and watch is perfect. Where else could you get such great service then at OMI Jewelers.

My wife and I almost made the HUGE mistake of buying a Rolex from OMI. Sales rep J sent us a video of the “new” watch which had obviously been outfitted with a bad & obviously fake aftermarket band and bezel. We then come to find the video he sent us was from a different used watches ad! When I questioned him as to why this “new” watch would have a fake jubilee band and diamond bezel he got increasingly irritated/disrespectful and was unable to answer a single question. Finally he got the “manager” on the phone who sounded middle eastern but claimed to be from Jamaica (liar). “Manager” then said that the watch is not new and nothing they sell is new and if that’s what we want then we have to pre-pay BEFORE he can even show us the watch! Total SCAM artists! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OMI!!! BUY YOUR WATCHES DIRECTLY FROM A FACTORY AUTHORIZED DEALER!

Justin at Omi Jewelry is a fabulous representative to work with. In my particular situation was one that required quick overnight shipping and a lot of communication on a Rolex. Justin went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and answered all questions.
