I had a wonderful experience with Omnipresent. During the onboarding process, they maintained constant availability through email. Their responsiveness was prompt, and the assigned representative displayed politeness. I greatly admire their ability to address all inquiries effectively.

We have worked with Omnipresent for over a year. It's been awful from the beginning. Contracting employees was long, expenses are a nightmare, invoices are wrong every month. Today we got contradictory employment law advice from two different advisers. Don't go near this company!

I would never recommend Omnipresent to anyone. We've had multiple issues across the board regarding their "support," and after over a year, it hasn't gotten any better despite our feedback, concerns, conversations, etc. While they may appear to be the most affordable EOR out there, this is definitely a "you get what you pay for" scenario. I can promise you that it's not worth it. Pay the extra money for an EOR with the skills, experience, and expertise needed to ensure your business is not at risk.

Incredible bad experience with Omnipresent. They were hired to run my payroll in Germany and outsourced it to a third party. They have a complete lack of knowledge of the local market, leading to incorrect payslips month after month, until local tax authority decided to pay back all submitted taxes until further notice. More recently, they refuse to create an annual income statement for that same period with some BS excuse. Response times are extremely long and their customers success manager have no clue what they are doing, because they don't have any knowledge of their own product and service.

Great experience with Omnipresent so far! The team is very supportive and helpful and the platform is super easy to use.

Omnipresent staff is kind and supportive.
You need to work on a better interface with your Italian partner PEO, in order to make an onboarding process smoother and less bureaucratic.
