All onboarding steps went smoothly and very fast.
All people are supportive and amazing in everything and importantly they are always putting themselves in my shoes and proactively providing me with full picture about whatever came to my mind without even asking them… highly recommended to any business partners who are looking for an efficient employer of record in MENA region.

WARNING!!! REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
How can they just fail soooo much?
After an friendly sales person chased me aggressively on multiple channels and promised the world, nothing worked once contract was signed.
1) Contracts with workers had significant flaws - even IP transfer terms were missing - and had to be fixed by our legal
2) promised deadlines were not met leading to decline in motivation of remote workers
For more than 1 year, I try to get my deposit/refund back - equivalent to multiple monthly salaries. After 300 emails and confirmations that they will send the money, they are unable to pay and blame others such as banks for it!
Warning: working with them is a waste of time and money!!!

Benefit Failures
Omnipresent failed to manage their relationship with United Health Care which left the employees without health care for several months and called it a "glitch".
The payroll service is slow, the account management terrible, and the services provided in all respects substandard and for all the money they raised do not apparently know how to run a business.
Entrusting your employees to this company is simply insane.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We aim to be fully transparent and honest in our communications. I can confirm that there was a technical issue, that resided with our Benefits provider in the United States, which we worked to resolve with all due haste.
We initiated several proactive communications to all affected and worked closely with our local Benefits provider to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
I can also confirm that this issue regarding your benefits has been resolved and there was no gap in coverage due to the error by our provider.
With regards to your feedback on our payment services and account management, we are are constantly seeking to improve and streamline our processes and workflows to better meet the needs of our clients and employees.
