I am only using Omnisend for 1 day and so far so amazing! The platform is super intuitive and Maria (Customer Service) was very kind and prompt to help. She explained me everything that I needed in detail and it was super easy to understand. Totally recommended!

Good features
Good features, but where Omnisend out performs is they will give you a account rep that understands the platform and they do free quarterly reviews/ recommendations. They have much better service then all other email provides. Pricing is close to the others.

Will only use Omnisend going forward
i will only use omnisend going forward!! I've used all the platforms - mailchimp, adobe campaigns, constant contact etc etc and omnisend is THE best. I cannot stress this enough. Its super easy drag and drop function - along with smart designs makes sending newsletters out a breeze. Plus, if something doesn't work or a feature is available, customer service is A+. Honestly, they're at the top of their game and I can't wait for them to dominate the whole industry.
