I had a terrible experience with Omnisend. Without any clear explanation, they abruptly denied me service and canceled my account. Their Compliance team made a decision but refused to share any details or justification, leaving me completely in the dark.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable for any service provider. It feels unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who have invested time and money into their platform.
While they issued a refund, the way they handled this situation has left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone looking for reliability or proper customer support.

I needed a work around with an issue on how I needed to use Omnisend for my service based business and not having a store. Initially they told me they were not able to work the way I needed. I thought ok, I'll have to use the product the way it is set up. End of story. However, what happened next was incredibly surprising. Omnisend figured a work around for me and then even went further and changed things on the back end so that I could use their product the way that I wanted and needed to use it! I don't have a store because I'm a large service based business. So Omnisend converted my store to an API so that I could use workflows and make my life so much easier whenever I added new contacts to get them in the flow of emails. It is RARE to come across a company that will work around their own product to help a customer. I was completely surprised they did for my little business. I've since shared this with my fellow service based businesses in the wedding industry like hair and makeup artists. Baka, the individual that I spoke with took great initiative and went to find a work around for me. I cannot thank him enough!
