I am doing the final touches before I launch my brand- and tbh setting up email marketing hasn't been something I've looked forward to, at all. I picked this app mostly due to the high review count, but they also had a fair pricing tier compared to other apps I looked into. So far, the set up has been really easy, esp if you take 10 minutes to watch the lessons they provide. Pretty excited that this part of the journey was set-up to go within a night.

Spam spam and more spam from this providers customers. Has a lack of due diligence and let's them send non-GDPR compliant emails at least once a day to consumers. Absolute joke. Reported to ICO.

"At Omnisend, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards spam, as clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions and Anti-Spam Policy. We actively monitor for non-compliant practices and have dedicated measures in place to identify and remove users who violate these standards."
Except you don't, you've allowed the user to spam people multiple times a day for over a month and didn't notice. You've failed the internet, made excuses and had to change your reply because you were called out.

I have only just signed up for Omnisend but I wish I had done so sooner. The integrations and work flow are supremely better than the previous company I was working with. And, when I initially signed up and Omnisend synced with my existing store it found over 5000 email subscribers that had signed up for our newsletter that the previous company didn't sync with. Switched over from Klaviyo to Omnisend, and gotta say, support team along with Deniz made the whole process way easier than I expected. They took care of migrating my automations, contacts, email templates, plus they helped me setup my domain without any hassle. Haven\t seen this level of support with other email marketing tools, so definately worth a shoutout. So far, so good.

After Omnisend advertising that my contacts would integrate seamlessly with Wix and that their subscription status would sync back and forth, I purchased the plan. Then only to find out that isn't the case, and that nothing syncs back to Wix at all!
Requested a refund and was REFUSED! Because it "goes against their refund policy". I asked for them to please re -consider their decision. They refused again. It was only after I put up this review that I received a 3rd email saying they will refund. While I am grateful to finally have a resolution, it's a shame it takes writing a terrible review to get a decent outcome.

I would pu 0 if there was. I unsubscribed earlier in January, they still took money from my account on 16 January, on February, they took nothing but yesterday, I was amazed and furious to see 2 withdrawals of 20usd and 33,60 usd from my account, and my plan was reactivated and upgraded to the standard one though I did not ask for it. They say the chat is 24/7 but until now, nobody answered me to give me clear answer yet. Without clear answer, I'll sue you and I'll make sure to ruin your reputation everywhere, you're a scam

I had a terrible experience with Omnisend. Every time I tried to create a campaign, the platform kept logging me out for no reason. Their SMS service is also unreliable—recipients never received the messages I sent. On top of that, the platform imposes too many unnecessary rules and restrictions, making the experience even more frustrating.
