I'm Not Marketing Savvy - They Made It Easy.

I am doing the final touches before I launch my brand- and tbh setting up email marketing hasn't been something I've looked forward to, at all. I picked this app mostly due to the high review count, but they also had a fair pricing tier compared to other apps I looked into. So far, the set up has been really easy, esp if you take 10 minutes to watch the lessons they provide. Pretty excited that this part of the journey was set-up to go within a night.

Spam spam and more spam from this providers customers. Has a lack of due diligence and let's them send non-GDPR compliant emails at least once a day to consumers. Absolute joke. Reported to ICO.

Our abuse desk handles every report we receive with care and urgency. You can report any such concerns directly to anti-abuse@omnisend.com.

As confirmed by our Anti-Abuse Team, your report allowed us to track down the sender, review their mailing practices, and take appropriate action. Your email address was also removed from their database to prevent any further unwanted communication.

While we implement multiple layers of protection to detect and filter out non-compliant behavior, it's important to clarify the GDPR responsibility structure: Omnisend, as the Data Processor, provides the platform and tools, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance lies with the Data Controller — our customer — who determines the purpose and means of the data processing.

Fantastic company and tech team - Thank you!

I have only just signed up for Omnisend but I wish I had done so sooner. The integrations and work flow are supremely better than the previous company I was working with. And, when I initially signed up and Omnisend synced with my existing store it found over 5000 email subscribers that had signed up for our newsletter that the previous company didn't sync with. Happy that I can now begin including them in my newsletter emails. Also... tech support (Kayque) is very responsive and wonderful to work with - Thank you!

Migration

Switched over from Klaviyo to Omnisend, and gotta say, support team along with Deniz made the whole process way easier than I expected. They took care of migrating my automations, contacts, email templates, plus they helped me setup my domain without any hassle. Haven\t seen this level of support with other email marketing tools, so definately worth a shoutout. So far, so good.

Not the best experience.

After Omnisend advertising that my contacts would integrate seamlessly with Wix and that their subscription status would sync back and forth, I purchased the plan. Then only to find out that isn't the case, and that nothing syncs back to Wix at all!

Requested a refund and was REFUSED! Because it "goes against their refund policy". I asked for them to please re -consider their decision. They refused again. It was only after I put up this review that I received a 3rd email saying they will refund. While I am grateful to finally have a resolution, it's a shame it takes writing a terrible review to get a decent outcome.

To clarify, while Omnisend does import contacts from Wix, it does not support two-way syncing of subscription statuses. We haven’t actively advertised this feature as a two-way sync, but we’re genuinely sorry if the expectations set by the language we use led to confusion.

Regarding the refund, our standard policy states that charges for active monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. That said, we also recognize that every situation is unique. In your case, our billing team and senior support specialist carefully reviewed your request and made an exception beyond our usual policy. This resolution was communicated to you directly, and we truly hope it helped address some of your concerns.

We regret that Omnisend didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate you highlighting the areas where we can do better. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to improving the experience for all users — especially small businesses working hard to grow.

SCAM, they record your payment method and took money even if you're not subscribed anymore

I would pu 0 if there was. I unsubscribed earlier in January, they still took money from my account on 16 January, on February, they took nothing but yesterday, I was amazed and furious to see 2 withdrawals of 20usd and 33,60 usd from my account, and my plan was reactivated and upgraded to the standard one though I did not ask for it. They say the chat is 24/7 but until now, nobody answered me to give me clear answer yet. Without clear answer, I'll sue you and I'll make sure to ruin your reputation everywhere, you're a scam

Regarding support, we saw you initiated three live chats. In two cases, the conversation remained with our automated assistant, and it seems the handover to a human agent wasn’t completed successfully. However, during your third attempt, a support specialist connected with you and provided the necessary billing assistance.

We take account security very seriously and we’re genuinely sorry this happened to you. We’re glad you brought it to our attention so we could take swift action. If you have any further concerns or need ongoing assistance, our team is here to support you.

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with Omnisend. Every time I tried to create a campaign, the platform kept logging me out for no reason. Their SMS service is also unreliable—recipients never received the messages I sent. On top of that, the platform imposes too many unnecessary rules and restrictions, making the experience even more frustrating.
