I experienced a couple of fraudulent charges cuz I shared my credit card online before. But Omnisend totally refund me and do not cause any my financial loss. Customer services are extremely helpful, thank you all!

I had a scammer bot test credit cards…

I had a scammer bot test credit cards on my store checkout. They made 57 orders before I caught what was happening. Because there is an order against the customer name in Shopify, I can't delete the account, so the email keeps getting synced to Omnisend. Dilara was so kind to me (I was very upset) and while the problem comes from Shopify, so the syncing can't be disabled, Dilara helped me to do what we can. I set them to unsubscribed on the Shopify side, which updated in Omnisend, so at least they are not part of any flows, or counting to my subscriber count.

The whole Omnisend support team are always so kind, and do what they can to help. Even when there's no solution to the problem, they always try to find the closest thing possible to make the situation better. And no question is considered stupid, or too small to ask. I've never felt so well-supported by any service provider before.

I find the support staff really helpful

I find the support staff really helpful. You’re not waiting too long to be allocated support and they do like to fix the issue. You’re not left on your own trying to sort out a problem. It’s one of the strengths of Omnisend.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service from Omnisend. I was having some difficulty figuring out how to verify my domain and was helped by several reps who all offered exceptional customer service. Dilara responded to my first email for help. When she was off, Chaymae took over, but it was late and I decided to tackle it in the morning. Mathias reached out when one of the three codes I entered wasn't working and helped me correct the issue. Then Dilara came back to make sure everything was resolved and I didn't need anymore assistance. I got the problem resolved in less than12 hours. Amazing team work and amazing team.

Absolute worst customer service

Absolute worst customer service. They created an absolute disaster by stopping one of my emails. Refused to restart it and refused to help me with it. The ones sent had four out of 1500 marked as spam or 0.24% rate. The continually refuse to answer basic questions like "what is the message ID" because I can't see it in the platform. Or did links stop working on emails already sent. They will not help American customers any more.

I have only a year in experience with…

I have only a year in experience with ecommerce and have tried email octopus and send pulse.

Omnisend has better options for a lower price and doesn't automatically blacklist my website's server for spam before I ever get a chance to start up.

I know they have to be VERY careful with people spamming, but I have a very small customer base (that I'm growing with Omnisend!) but I think a good balance is needed.

The templates are great and the editor is good. I love the reports for my campaigns.
