Omni helped me settle my $45,000+ tax debt for less than $800! They got me on a payment plan with the IRS that I could afford. There were some additional fees for their services which vary case by case so I won't discuss that here. They also allowed me to make a payment arrangement with Omni for their services. They were diligent about reminding me of upcoming payments and filing deadlines. If you need help with tax debt I strongly encourage you to call Omni.

Our company engaged the services of a Tax Reduction Company that once we paid them gave us no service. Completely frustrated we just happened to receive a sales call from Omni. Obviously we checked out their references and received good comments. Omni even was aware of the first company and reassured us of their excellent services and they have not let us down. They completely took control of our debt repair process with the IRS. If they needed our assistance they would give detail instructions to us in a courteous manner. They kept us informed weekly with their progress. They managed to saved us thousands of dollars in penalties and fees that the IRS credited us, got an acceptable payment plan set up and eventually when we were in an better financial situation lead us in fully paying the IRS in full and got the liens released within the promised amount of time. Simply amazing!!!!

Omni is an incredible company. I had a huge tax liability that I could not pay and after following all of their recommendations, after a 2 year period settled this massive debt with the IRS for a minimal dollar amount. I was told by another law firm that it could not be done and I certainly didn't think it could be done. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and maintained a line of communication that kept me abreast of where we were with a settlement. Thanks to them, I can now move on with my life stress free financially! I highly recommend this company to anyone with any tax liability.

It has taken several years to address a complicated situation with the IRS. OMNI has been there for my firm through the process with courteous and effective guidance on developing and submitting the required documents. They submitted the documents and followed through with the Revenue Officer to negotiate an arrangement that we could live with. OMNI saved us time and money. We could have not done it without them.

Without going into great detail, workers comp fraud has caused big cash flow problems in my business resulting in my having to shut down due to payroll tax issues. After trying a different tax resolution company I chose to go with Omni. Working with Linda Ingham and Rachael Gessert has been a blessing. There is still the stress of complying with the IRS although the IRS has not been tyrannical in my case. Linda and Rachael have been able to let me relax as much as I can until this situation is resolved. They always have the answer to my questions and they will explain things in complete detail, often multiple times when I come back with more questions. I’m never left in the dark and I always get a call back if they aren’t available when I call.
