I have nothing but praise for Omni Financial. My problems in bad accounting and poor administration caused me to be in big trouble with the IRS. The Levy that I thought would never come hit me hard and I was devastated.

I called my representative at Omni who I had been working with and he went right to work immediately calling the IRS and formulating a workable solution to my terrible situation. He worked out a plan with the IRS that allowed me to be in compliance and had the Levy's, which would have left me without any funds to live on, removed.

You can trust Omni Financial to live up to their word. They saved my financial life.

Omni Financial has been successful in negotiating a resolution for my outstanding tax liabilities with the Internal Revenue Service and State of New York through an Offer in Compromise. They have also been successful negotiating for a withdrawal of the Federal Tax Liens as well. As a result I am now tax free!
Omni Financial had excellent follow-up and was always professional. No questions went unanswered.

Being a country boy from Tennessee, I don't know where to even start. I would think that a lot of people, like myself, would read reviews online and think they were placed by the company they represent, but this story is very real. I've always been on time with completing my taxes, but after taking a position over seas for several years, I was misguided on how to handle my taxes, and my tax troubles began. It's a scary feeling when you get threatening letters from the IRS saying they are going to take any and all that you have. Demanding all the money at once. I didn't know where to turn. I was ashamed and scared of what could happen. After researching online I came across Omni Financial. This is when I met, in my opinion, Omni's finest attorney, Alex Lall. He always made me feel important, understood my situation, and never made me feel any less of a man because of my financial situation. Omni helped me when I desperately needed someone to go to bat for me.
