An absolutely excellent experience working with Omni Financial Services. I found myself in a very difficult position with the IRS and was obviously very anxious about the process and impending outcome. Mike Christoff and his crew …. Cindy Cook, Samantha Kling and Katherine Blanchard as well as the rest of the staff at Omni Financial were a ray of sunshine in a dark time. They treated me with dignity, respect, honesty and efficiency throughout the entire process. Mike was very realistic in his approach and I never had a sense of anything but complete trust in his work. Plain and simple, he told me what he could do and then he delivered exactly that. Never once did I feel anything but confidant in his ability to deliver. He kept me informed throughout the process and finalized my situation in the time he had promised and within the financial parameters we discussed in the beginning. From the first day when I sat down with Mike and laid out my problem the Omni staff have been complete professionals. Even now, a year after we reached a compromise, they continue to stay in touch and make sure all is well. I cannot recommend Mike, his crew and Omni Financial Services highly enough.

Linda Ingham and her team walked the walk and talked the talk!! We were/are in a horrible position with the IRS due to the death of our CFO, daughter & sister. They basically held our hands through the process because they speak the language of the IRS...we do NOT, and although we are still in the process of working out our 'nightmare', we are fully comfortable with Linda and her team getting us the best results possible. Maria Dixon knows her stuff, and will do all she can to resolve the issues. She is pleasant to work with, and kept me informed on every step of the process. The outcome however is less than favorable for me. I will definitely recommend Maria Dixon as she has been very helpful. She is not the first person assigned to our case. I suppose now I understand why the other guy is no longer there.

Olivia and Deb are a total blessing to us. Amazing to work with in an area we are so unfamiliar with -IRS- They made the process as painless and stress free as possible. We highly recommend them for business help.

We hired Omni to resolve a large tax bill for several prior years. They did an exceptional, professional job of maintaining communication with both of us and the IRS. The resolution was smart and beneficial.
Shortly thereafter a state issue came up. We were not able to resolve it ourselves and Omni resolved it perfectly and quickly.

Noah McGraw does an excellent job of handling IRS issues. His knowledge and actions allowed him to avoid liens being placed on my property and negate over $20,000 in penalties. I got myself into a tax mess and didn't know how to fix it. Janet Mould at Omni Financial has been helping me now for over a year - working with the IRS is slow!. The help I'm getting isn't cheap but it is reasonable for the services I'm receiving. I am so grateful that I may be able to get everything resolved.
