Helped me resolve my outstanding back taxes with the IRS. They helped me understand the process and we're always available to answer questions.

I had my bank accounts seized by the IRS and I got in a desperation mode and hired a local CPA who said he was a "enrolled agent". He did not do anything but cashing my check. I was running out of time and IRS was almost taking all the money on my personal and business accounts.
I got a call from someone from Omni Financial. I listened to what he said (his name is Anthony) and I sounded too good to be true after the experience that I was having with this CPA. After that I was directed to the Tax Attorney Mark Wilson who was very helpful and very nice. Bottom line, I had my accounts restored in less than 48 hours and Mark still going above and beyond helping me with tax problems. Honestly I really feel that with Omni's team on my side I can run my business with a peace of mind.

I would highly recommend Omni Financial to anyone who has an IRS issue. Michael T. Luby and Catherine Erhardt were there to guide me through my IRS problem every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. They were always available when I needed them. I do appreciate all that was done for me through the entire process. Thanks very much.

I would highly recommend Omni Financial to anyone having tax issues. I have been working with Michael Luby and his team at Omni for 5 years now and they finally got my tax issue resolved and the liens on my home released. They are working now to get the liens off of my credit report. Getting out from under this tax debt was heavy burden that was lifted from my shoulders. The cost was about double what they had originally estimated, but with a loan from my son I was to make it and I couldn't be happier with the results. There were some rocky times and a lot of paperwork that was required, but it is all worth it in the end. If I had to make one suggestion, I would say to increase your initial estimate of the cost so that you are not always asking for more money through the process. Getting halfway through the process and then not being able to get the money to complete the process would put a person in worse shape than they were before they began and this is what almost happened to me. Omni Financial was successful in doing what they said they could do for me and I couldn't ask for more. They were very professional and they got the job done with very favorable results.

We got surprised with a tax lien and then we got blindsided with lots of fast talkers wanting to help. Omni seemed more professional than the callers and we hired them to help.
This was all new to us and we needed someone to explain exactly what we were facing, someone to understand where we were at and after understanding that; someone who could help us figure out how to move forward.
Our road was longer than anticipated. We had to do more work on our end than we anticipated. There was some long and nervous periods of waiting for the IRS to respond/reply.
In the end, we got everything squared away and we were even awarded almost $40,000 in penalty abatement. We were very please with the end result.
If you are reading this review you are probably not in a great spot. Be smart and hire someone expirenced, someone you trust and someone that will be around long enough to see this thru.

Maria Dixons' calming, reassuring, knowledgeable information was very helpful. Especially during this troubling time. She took time to explain the procedure. And the steps that Omni was going to take to help in my seemingly insurmountable federal tax burden. I there for enlisted Omnis help with my state issues as well

The IRS had me in a tizzy. Someone recommended Omni but admitedley I was reluctant to deal with someone 1000 miles away. After working with Morgan and her Team for awhile I felt like they were right next door. Questions? They have straight forward answers. They were forthright in letting me know my case was not going to be easy or cheap...but they could get it done. One challenge in particular was the Public Record on my credit reports for the IRS lien (which was paid) but remained as a PR and really affected my Credit. Morgan was relentless until last week when I received a IRS letter that I should send to all credit agencies directing them to remove all references to the Lein. There were many other tasks they did for me. Don't get the idea that this process is cheap....BUT, if it CAN get done, Omni Financial WILL get it done. Thank you Morgan & Team for everything!

I predicted that due to the outcome of the 2008 elections that our firm as a subcontractor was doomed. The construction business in our area dropped to nothing after November 2008. We did have enough work to last us through 2010, but forward from 2008 there was not enough projects for 20+ similar competing subcontractors to bid on.So no new work was being contracted. Plus it did not help when contractors from half way across the country came in and beat our prices by 60% with a bunch of illegals. And due to all the new regulations that where unleashed upon the construction industry "thanks to Obama and the democratic party" our costs to do business tripled. I hoped and prayed we could turn things around but it did not. With costs tripling and no new work our past due bills piled up, including money owed to the IRS. We needed some extreme help and our local attorney and accountant didn't give me any hope. A friend recommended OMNI and Will Beard. I thank God for Will Beard he basically saved my life. I was extremely depressed. But Will had a way about him to lift you up!!! Always there to talk and explain the process to me multiple times. It was difficult to stay the course Will set out when all around me said I was screwed. Thank you Will a thousand times over. Will Beard and his team were able to get my "Offer In Compromise" accepted. Unbelievable!!! GOD Send!!! Utter Stress Relief!!! 100% know their stuff. Always encouraging. Up-lifting. Kept me going. I've been in business 17yrd started experiencing tax problems a few years ago and used Omni (they were great) Last year 2014 needed help again owed the IRS $50,000 for 941 but decided to use another company that was cheaper but reputable. That company had me on pins and needles......never returned calls, the IRS was never getting my documents etc. had me scared to death!! I decided to call Omni back and I tell you this was the best experience of my life. With such a serious matter their professionalism is five stars!!!! They wasted no time getting my information and contacting the IRS. They communicated on a weekly basis and was very easy to reach for ANYTHING!! I felt like I had not a worry in the world!! They made me feel like my interest was all that mattered and I can appreciate that. I want to give a special thanks to Cindy and Mr Christoff who were assigned to me for making me feel so comfortable. If you are skeptical of choosing a good form I would highly recommend Omni. Omni got me a great deal with my 50 000 dollar irs debt. They saved my life financially. They kept me from being homeless. I was a single mom struggling to keep food on the table and without Omni all would have been lost. A few years later the irs threatened to garnish my wages and seize my property for unknown reasons because I had made every payment without fail. I called Omni for help and Clarice Landreth came to the rescue and had everything back on track with just a couple of phone calls. She was very professional and very calming. Omni financial and its employees helped me through a multi year multi issue IRS issue that was very complex. Noah McGraw with Omni was phenomenal. He was very informative on the complex issues and honest. He posed the best course of actions to being my tax issues to an ultimate resolution. Omni took so much stress and uncertainty off my shoulders making my life so much better.

I have never had a more competent, positive, and utterly results driven professional to work with than Linda Ingham. Since taking over my account early this year, she made immediate headway with the IRS, and simply would not let the bureaucracy, lack of professionalism, or indecisiveness stand in her way. I never had a moment of doubt that she would be able to resolve my tax situation. And, of course, she did!

Linda also went above and beyond and worked with individuals from other organizations where we needed cooperation, and again, was able to get results. I believe, she is simply unparalleled when it comes to getting things done and working under challenging conditions.

Michael Luby and Catherine Erhardt are the very best and wonderful professionals there are !! They have added years to my life by taking the stress of the I.R.S. off my shoulders. No matter how complicated or overwhelming it may seem, they take the job on with confidence and knowledge. They are always one step ahead and never behind . The call I made to Omni Financial was the best business decision I ever made in my business! After talking with Shelia Franks I was assured that I could and would receive the help I needed to deal with the IRS. I was always given excellent advise as well.
