Nie wieder ON-Schuhe
ON-Schuhe sind super bequem, aber Qualität läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sohle löst sich vom Schuh. Kundensupport ist mangelhaft, da keine dt. Tel-Nr. und mail-Adresse auf der homepage zu finden sind. Eine mail ist nur aus der homepage heraus möglich, und dann auch auf 500 Zeichen begrenzt. Viel zu wenig.

Kann die ON Schuhe auch nicht weiterempfehlen, habe jetzt das dritte Paar ON Schuhe. Sohlen lösen sich ab, Gewebe reißt sehr schnell. Verarbeitung mangelhaft! Für den hohen Preis sollte man eine bessere Verarbeitung erwarten können. Auch der ON Waterproof ist alles andere, nur nicht wasserdicht. Verarbeitung hier ebenfalls mangelhaft. Letztendlich sind die Schuhe nur ein Modehype zum überteuerten Preis, nichts anderes. Da sind die Schuhe der Konkurrent mitunter besser verarbeitet, bieten denselben Tragekomfort und das für die Hälfte des Preises!

My status has not moved since I ordered these shoes 11 days ago. Delivery was 26 July. My husband received his with in 5 days. We ordered same time. I have emailed number out times and received the same automatic answer. Just want them to update the delivery date. As it still showing 26 July
Don’t believe shipping dates and no way to cancel.
Expected shipping date not accurate. They refused to cancel my order even though it hasn’t shipped and was supposed to arrive 6 days ago. Their “solution” is for me to wait for it to be shipped and then ship it back after it arrives but they have no date for that.
Faith restored
I had some issues a while back trying to order shoes that were shown in stock but were actually out of stock. Out of frustration I left a review that reflected how I felt about my experience. Someone from customer service reached out to me and as a way of trying to address my issues gave me a very generous discount code. This was used to make this recent purchase and the whole experience was totally different. The ordering was very easy and the delivery time was outstanding. My faith has been restored and I'd recommend ON to anyone.
Don’t trust expected shipping dates
I placed two separate orders on 7/22/24 through their website and paid $15 per order for expedited shipping as it said EXPECTED ARRIVAL BY 7/25. Today (less than 24 hrs later) it says expected by 7/27 which will be after leaving town. As soon as I saw this, I reached out to On to confirm delivery time and to cancel my order if needed. They said there is no way to cancel it even though the order hasn’t been fully processed and that I would have to wait and return them, ultimately, losing the $30 paid on expedited shipping. The customer service person directly stated, “I know it says it will be delivered on the next day on the website, but the processed at the warehouse usually takes 1-2 days. Once the carrier has your package. Your expedited shipping will activate.” Admitting they know that the website gives inaccurate dates but that they then continue to take your money for expedited shipping!! Ridiculous and I wont ever order from them again.

If I can give them 0 or negative star if I would. I was very unsatisfied with their services. I purchased an item since my friend asked recommended On shoes. Upon purchasing an item to them and I worn them once at work however, it causes me too much pain in my feet especially in my ankle. So the same morning after wearing them, I contacted the customer service and ask for return and refund. But unfortunately they didn’t let me do that since I already worn the shoes once. How will I know that these shoes are comfortable without wearing them? And if I continue wearing them it will cause me more pain and couldn’t stand that. I even ask the ON agent if I could return it and I will get haft of the price but she is firm about not giving me any refund. It’s very frustrating and upsetting and I will just stick with my Hoka and I will never ever purchase ON and will never recommend them to other nurses.
Avoid their digital gift cards
I was gifted vouchers by my Italian colleagues in Euro as a leaving present returning to the UK. There is no way that I can now spend these as the UK site does not accept Euros and the European sites do not deliver to the UK. This is a Swiss company, pretty sure they can calculate foreign exchange, their customer service recommends I spend online if I go to Europe on vacation.

Thanks trust pilot was going to spend a nice bit of money on two pairs of shoes feeling protected as I was paying with PayPal…when it came to paying the PayPal option wasn’t there, warning bells that this was a scam site so I sent an email last night saying this was my preferred way to pay, needless to say no reply.

Worst customer/delivery service -
Same as many customers here, I placed an order 15th days ago. It was estimate to deliver today and still no movement from the warehouse. The customer service is a waste or time, saying they apologize for the inconvenient. Today, they even suggested I bought another pair or shoes, as I'm flying next week and the plan was to carry the shoes with me. I've called, chatted with three different people, wrote an email. They are useless and there is no way of finding out if I will ever get the product I bought. No cancelation or refund until I get the product and no one can actually provide any update on my purchase. I even wrote comments on their IG and they don't even bother to answer. Is there a way of protecting ourselves against this kind of vendor mal functioning?

Similar to many other complaints, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the shoes that I ordered to be shipped and still no movement from the warehouse. Customer service tells you there is nothing that they can do to help with refund and once (if) the shoes do ever arrive, it will most likely be outside of the 30 day return policy window. I will NEVER order shoes from them again.. How do they allow this sort of neglect from such a big company!?

The absolute worst experience ordering and shipping. Over 7 (and still counting) days to process an order. No estimate delivery date in Sight. Customer service reps have no answer other than the order is in the warehouse being processed. Customer service repa are also liars and can not escalate the situation to a manager. There are no managers on call "someone will call you back" which will not happen.....DO MOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
Horrible company
Horrible company. Running shoes are expensive and when this company sells defective laces in their shoes and can’t replace them, that’s a problem. Had trouble tying a new pair of the monsters. Pulled the laces out and found 2 very different length. Called customer service and was told they don’t make replacement laces. Was told I’d have to buy a pair from another merchant at my expense. I will not ever buy from this company again. They’ll take your money and could care less about their customers. Very disappointed.
They do not fulfill orders
They do not fulfill orders, a $12 Billion Dollar company that spends all its money on gimmicky advertising, and nothing on actually fulfilling orders, they charge you instantly - keep to their 30 day return policy FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, yet will take 3-4 weeks to actually ship your product, after the date of purchase. And then cough it up to "we are busy" but as you can see they are "always" busy - how does a company so large, have such a disaster fulfillment line? They deserve to not be in business, they have less competence than a little mom and pop operations
On Cloud 5 waterproof😩
Ich habe mir letztes Jahr einen Cloud 5 Waterproof geleistet, mit der Hoffnung, endlich einen wasserdichten Goretex Schuh zu haben. Naja, er ist beileibe nicht wasserdicht, dafür löst sich die Sohle an beiden Schuhen ab. An der Ferse reißt das Gewebe, wahrscheinlich vom Gebrauch beim Autofahren. Der Schuh ist bequem und leicht, keine Frage, aber bei einem Preis von 180 € würde ich das auch erwarten. Bei mir ist ON leider out, nie mehr wieder!

Nach wenigen Kilometern begann das Gewebe oberhalb der grossen Zehe zu reissen. Anfangs nur leicht, später stark zusätzlich kam auch ein Riss seitlich am linken Schuh dazu.

Worst experience I’ve had with a ‘major’ brand
Bought a pair to see what all the hype was about and the right shoe started to fall apart after a couple of months.. after sales outright refused to take any sort of accountability for the poor quality. I would avoid at all costs if you enjoy good after sales service. can safely say it’s been the worst experience I’ve had with a ‘major’ brand.

Wegen dieser Turnschuhe bekomme ich Schmerzen in der linken Ferse. Natürlich lehnten sie meine Behauptung ab und sagten, dass mir diese Sneaker einfach nicht passen. Mit anderen Schuhen habe ich kein Problem. Ich habe dem Verstand gesagt, dass ich das Geld nicht brauche, sondern dass ich ihnen die Schuhe schicke, damit sie sie überprüfen können. Haben die nicht akzeptiert. Staat wie eine ernste Firma, Schuhen zu prüffen damit sich selbst verbessern können, die wolten mir 20% für den nächsten Einkauf geben 😂. Die haben keine Schuhe gecheckt und die wissen dass die mir nicht passen, UNGLAUBLICH.
