Betrügerische Aktivitäten - Scam

Der Kundenservice ist eine reine Katastrophe. Einen solchen Umgang mit Kunden habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich wurde um 140€ betrogen.

Ich habe den erhaltenen Artikel (ein Paar Schuhe) fristgerecht und vollständig zurückgeschickt. Der Verkäufer weigert sich jedoch, mir den Kaufpreis zu erstatten, mit der Begründung, ich hätte ein angeblich „Fake-Produkt“ zurückgesendet. Diese Behauptung ist nachweislich falsch:
• Ich habe exakt den Schuh zurückgeschickt, den ich auch erhalten habe.
• Ich besitze weder ein zweites Paar Original-Schuhe noch habe ich irgendein „Fake“-Produkt zurückgeschickt.
• Es ist daher ausgeschlossen, dass ich ein anderes Produkt eingesendet habe.
Ich empfinde die Unterstellung des Verkäufers als unhaltbar und irreführend. Aus den Nachrichten des Verkäufers geht zudem hervor, dass er fälschlicherweise davon ausgeht, ich würde den Originalschuh noch besitzen – was nicht der Fall ist.
Darüber hinaus habe ich zusätzlich ein Gespräch mit einem Mitarbeiter des Kundenservice geführt, der mir ausdrücklich bestätigt hat, dass ich im Recht bin und die Angelegenheit zu meinen Gunsten geklärt werden sollte. Leider ist dies bislang nicht geschehen.

Loud squeak is an acceptable feature now…!!

I had been buying On trainers before they became really popular and was a big fan however the last two pairs I purchased had a loud squeak from them, so much so that it was clearly audible to others whilst walking. I contacted On who brushed this aside and advised it was due to the material of the trainers and that this was expected. I escalated the matter and received a response confirming that these loud noises are perfectly acceptable from their perspective. They gave me a 10% off code for my next purchase! A friend of mine had purchased a similar pair on my initial recommendation and received a refund for the same issue. The build quality has obviously slipped since they have become more successful, so as the prices go up the quality seems to go down. Disappointed overall as they are quite expensive now. So much potential for this company but they seem to be taking things for granted and will inevitably suffer if they don’t fix up all these issues mentioned by reviewers.

Material is poor

While the shoes are comfortable and light to wear. The material is poor.
The pair I am wearing has already started to tear from the inward side near toe due to walking and running. It is surprising the show is only 3 months old. This has never been the case in any other shoe brand that I have worn.

Disappointing Quality and Warranty Experience

I’ve now had two pairs of On shoes develop severe squeaking issues soon after purchase. The squeak is loud and constant, making them really distracting to run in. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes (removing insoles, drying at room temperature, wearing on different surfaces), but nothing helps.

What makes this more disappointing is that I don’t experience this problem with other running brands I use. For shoes at this price point and reputation, I expected better.

When I raised the issue, On’s warranty team explained that squeaking falls outside of their terms and wouldn’t replace the pair. While I understand squeaks can happen, having the same problem on two separate pairs feels like a product issue rather than just bad luck.

It’s a shame, because I really wanted to like these shoes. But after two pairs with the same flaw and no resolution offered, it’s hard to trust the quality or the warranty support.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM - Have evidence that they did not deliver and closed my case!!!!

I have clear evidence they made a mistake and despite that they closed the case
i have already given a 1 star review but ive had to come back because of their response. I HAVE THE EVIDENCE IF SOMEONE IS WILLING TO LOOK AT IT AT ON - this is freakin' ridiculous.

EVERYONE - PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE I AM OUT OF MONEY, OUT OF MY PARCEL AND THE COMPANY CLOSED MY CASE WITHOUT RESOLVING BECAUSE I CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES - IS THIS THE KIND OF BRAND THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO BUILD??????? CAN SOMEONE LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE OR IS THIS PLACE FULL OF PEOPLE WITH NO BRAIN??

What happened?
- Got email on Monday morning (8th Sept) that box delivered, go outside to see not delivered
- Checked royal mail delivery confirmation and it shows there it was delivered to the wrong address!!!!!
- contacted ON to inform them, they said to fill out "Lost parcel" form which i did immediately on Monday morning
- Before calling them, i had also utilised their chat to inform them of the situation

Update:
- received email this morning that says "..., it seems that similar issues have been reported from your account multiple times in a short timeframe."
- BIG LOL - of course i will contact them as much as i can as i am out of pocket and out of a parcel - what do you expect me to do??
- this just suggests that they will close the case despite me having clear evidence that the box was not delivered

Is there anyone sensible here who can understand what has happened here and please help me? Honest to God if you do this with your customers i hope your company and your families feel the same pain one day that you have made me feel and the unhappiness it has brought me to and my family to. you all deserve to see this for yourself and suffer.

Abdul awful customer service

Abdul awful customer service. Ordered trainers monies left my account the following day. Rang 2 days ago as still awaiting confirmation email and order number. Said they would look into it I sent proof of money leaving my account. Never got back to me after numerous emails and telephone conversations, now I’ve been told to take it up with my bank 🤷‍♀️ Hiw do companies get away with taking your money then denying all knowledge? My bank or VISA will now have to refund me. Even though ON have the money no woder the economy is in this state…….. so so cross

Bought the on cloud ,running oncloud6 2 months ago.thought they were a high quality shoe,cost was 229$.To my surprise they squeak when walking now.The company is very hard to contact,to review the problem.Shopping for this brand won’t be in my future plans.

Ich habe das zweite paar leider!
Sie sind jetzt nicht mal fünf Monate alt und das Material fängt an zu brechen.
Das waren für mich 100% die letzten über 160€ für solch eine Qualität.
Die Firma ON sollte sich schämen so ein Produkt auf den Markt zu bringen.
Ich zu empfehlen!

Returned goods , on accepted they’ve got my goods way back on 29:7.25 still bit been refunded my £125 !!
Rang twice customer service is absolutely disguising, I asked what complaints procedure was didn’t have a clue what it was , couldn’t put me through to a manager . Promised twice now I’ll have my money still waiting !!
This amount of money is a lot to me and doesn’t look like I’m gonna get it !
Customer service is non existent !
Will not be buying this brand ever again

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Bought twice on line both dispatched from Hong Kong warehouse. First time took more than two weeks to receive. CS was irresponsive. This time it never arrived. The parcel sat in SF Express warehouse for 10 days unaccounted for. No progress. I had to reverse-track back to find out that On Running has provided wrong contact information resulted in the currier was unable to submit custom clearing. Funny thing is no one moved a finger, not On not the currier. Everybody just sat and waited.

I had to contact On and SF express the same time and investigated the case on my own and became a messenger among the two parties and reported to customer service and reminded them what they needed to do.

The CS team even called themselves “On Happiness Delivery” there’s nothing happy about it. Everyone is stupid and lazy with no common sense nor professionalism. They might as well as change their name to “On Stupid Delivery “ which best described them.

It’s been over 10 days since I place order the parcel is still no where to be found. Hopeless. Am going to escalate this to Switzerland office and its The consumer affairs bureau in Switzerland. I’m sure I am not the only one being abused but it’s toxic practice and most certainly not gonna be the last one either.

Miese Qualität, no go für diese Preise

Die Schuhe sind sehr bequem, das war auch der Grund sie zu kaufen, ich habe schon mehrere Paare erstanden. Soweit zum positiven. Jetzt das Aber. Die Sohlen laufen sich extrem schnell ab, dass das Material so weich ist führt aber nicht mal dazu dass der Grip z.B. bei Nässe besser ist. Bei MTB Reifen mit wenig Verschleißbeständigkeit gibt es wenigstens guten Grip bei Nässe. Das kommt also entweder von billigem Material oder ist bewusst so gemacht. Das Innenfutter reibt sich ebenfalls sehr schnell durch. Nächster Punkt, an der großen Zehe am Übergang vom Netz zum Vollmaterial reißt der Schuh auf, das hatte ich schon 3x, kenne ich auch von Freunden und Bekannten. Für Schuhe, die 160 Euro aufwärts kosten ist das untragbar. Wenn ihr an der Qualität nicht deutlich was ändert, fällt euch das mal auf die Füße. Es gab genug Firmen wie Esprit, Benetton, die meinten sie könnten den Leuten den größten Ranmsch unterjubeln und das würde ewig so weiter gehen

Oh dear - please avoid. No value on customers.

Oh dear. Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have received in years. This company has got it very, very wrong. They clearly place absolutely no value on the customers who buy their shoes.
They need a complete review of the their people and process.
They make it impossible to contact them too, which normally tells you everything you need to know about the value they place on the customer.
I genuinely hope the leadership team read the reviews. They should be utterly embarrassed with what is going on within the company.
I doubt I will ever see my shoes, which is possibly a good things as at least I can get a credit card refund and go to a company that wishes to impress customers and grow.

Schlechte Stoffqualität Bei meinen 3 ON Schuhe sind jeweils…

Bei meinen 3 ON Schuhe sind jeweils nach Ca. Einem Jahr an der rechten Seite der Stoff gerisse8n - auch löst sich im Versenbereich der Stoff. Dafür sind die Schuhe einfach zu teuer. Eine Reklamation über das Formular ist nicht möglich weil der Kassenbeleg bzw. Die Artikelnummer nicht vorliegt.

Cloud 5 Schuhe mit Rissen im Stoff

Bei jedem meiner Cloud 5 Schuhe gab es nach ca. 1 Jahr Risse im Stoff. Bei der ersten Reklamation gab es einen Rabattgutschein. Da die Qualität eher schlechter geworden ist werde ich keine überteuerten ON Schuhe mehr kaufen. Gutes Marketing schlechte Qualität.
