I seriously wish I had seen these reviews before handing over £300 to these absolute scammers for two pairs of garbage trainers!

I was gifted a pair while in Canada just a month ago, and within days of wearing them, a tear showed up in the heel. Barely used—and when I reached out, they refused to do anything about it because I didn’t have a receipt. Ridiculous.

Then I made the mistake of buying another pair—a black set for everyday wear. Within two weeks, the glue started peeling between the sole and upper. Pathetic quality.

When I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to say they’ve been worn—of course they have, that’s how I found out they’re falling apart! Now I’m being forced to chargeback through Amex just to get my money back.

2. Paar On Schuhe (Cloudroam Waterproof ) wieder nach knapp 3/4 Jahr defekt!
Bin sehr enttäuscht von dieser Marke! Preis/ Leistung stimmt einfach nicht!

Gestern kurz vor Mitternacht für 2 Paar Schuhe (mit denen wir bis auf die schnelle Abnutzung absolut zufrieden waren) einen Garantieantrag eingesendet, heute um 09:00 Uhr die freundliche Antwort samt Geschenkgutschein in der vollen Höhe des Betrages plus Versandkosten erhalten.
Bin absolut begeistert vom tollen Kundenservice und den Schuhen, die dieses Mal hoffentlich länger halten.
Kann die negativen Bewertungen aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.

On Schuhe sind 9 Monate alt. Ich benutze die Schuhe nur selten und auch nicht als Laufschuh Sie sind sehr bequem und zum Spazieren gehen für mich optimal. Leider sind sie jetzt kaputt. Der linke Schuh hat ein Loch vorn am großen Zeh. Das dürfte bei diesem Preis nicht passieren. Zumal ich ihn nicht oft an hatte. Normalerweise dürfte ich keinen Stern für diese Schuhe vergeben.

Meine ON Sneaker Damen habe ich Donnerstags reklamiert wegen eines Defekts im Mash . Am nächsten Tag hatte ich die Gutschrift für ein neues Paar im vollen Wert. Sehr netter, reibungsloser Kontakt

Terrible. Purchased a pair of 4.5 ON trainers next day delivery. They were too small so I returned them the same day for an exchange to a size 5. Over 2 weeks later having found ON's customer service number in the Philippines I spoke at length to a lady who confirmed they did not have the size 5. I asked for a refund... she said it had to be sent to a different department to be verified... and it would be 3-5 days to refund. No refund... spoke with the same lady today... same conversation she would put it through for a refund... although she had supposedly already done this over a week before... she now said that she doesn't know when it will be refunded ...I would like my money back please On Running. Won't be buying another trainer from you guys.

Only gets a one as you cant rate a zero

had a pair of trainers at £160 which have only been worn a few times and the insole has started to wear down after only two months of ownership.

Spoke to ON who said its not part of the warranty and offered a 20% discount off a new pair - why would i buy a new pair when the current pair doesnt even last two months - been told to take the current shoes to a running specialist to get some new insoles fitted!!!! Great service - NOT!!!

I bought a pair of ON running shoes from their Regent Street store in London on June 8th, expecting top-tier performance given the premium price. Unfortunately, the shoes turned out to be extremely uncomfortable – after a single run, I experienced serious pain in my legs and back. Hoping to resolve this, I cleaned them and returned to the store on June 22nd, expecting a refund or exchange.

The store refused to accept the return and told me to call customer service, assuring me they'd help. I called on the spot, and customer service confirmed that they could process the return, and asked me to send photos and details via email.

I did exactly that within an hour, but that’s where the nightmare began. I didn’t receive any reply for days, so I followed up – multiple times. I called again and was told someone would respond soon. Still nothing. I sent additional emails on June 23, June 26, and July 2 with no response whatsoever.

Finally, on July 8th, after nearly two weeks of being ignored, they asked for my name and address AGAIN – information I had already provided. After several more emails, they eventually refused the return, claiming the shoes had been used too many times — even though I had told them from the very beginning that I had only used them once before the first contact, and they said the return would still be accepted.

They offered me a 10% discount code as compensation – an insult, frankly, considering the time, effort, and patience I gave them.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Disorganized, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. They made empty promises over the phone, ignored emails, failed to follow through, and then tried to change the rules at the end.

Avoid ON at all costs. The shoes didn’t live up to the hype, and their customer service is absolutely shameful. Save yourself the headache — there are far better and more supportive brands out there that actually stand behind their products and treat their customers with respect.

I ordered some socks to go alongside my On Roger trainers. I’d previously had issues with returns taking a while to process with Royal Mail Collections and not issuing returns labels but these we’re sorted. Ordered last week and told delivery by Wednesday, it’s now Saturday and told cannot give a refund for being lost until at least Monday (4 business days after last scan) while Royal Mail are also being uncooperative. Customer Service is really poor, out of hours emails are not returned and the live chat agents are quite limited in what they can do. I won’t be ordering direct again from On and will order from a retailer like Foot Locker or Footasylum as I do like their product.

No updates on returns .. Sent a pair of On cloud shoes back for refund over 5-6 weeks ago . On confirmed receipt .. that was the last contact . Been chasing via their awful BOT CHAT , which simply cuts you off as soon as it decides the chat is over. Awful service .

This has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a product from any company. I ordered a pair of running pants on June 15th and was told they would be delivered by June 18th. When they didn’t arrive, I contacted customer service and was informed that the package was considered lost. I asked for either a new product or a full refund.

Since then, I’ve sent three emails and spoken with both the online chatbot and what was supposedly a real customer service agent (five times) — though they also felt like a chatbot. I have repeatedly asked for my money back, and each time I’m told to "be patient," that the issue is "being handled," and that someone will contact me the next day. That never happens. I still haven’t received my order or my refund. One time, the customer service agent just left the conversation.

It honestly feels like this company is running a scam. I would never buy anything from them again — not from their website or from any other store that carries their products. They clearly have no respect for their customers or for customer rights. The way they’ve handled this situation is completely unacceptable.

I was warned about this brand, but I just had to try them for myself. Ordering online was a breeze, no issues there, and shipping was excellent. But, these shoes are poorly made, stiff pieces of garbage sewn and glued together. The insoles are so thin, it feels like wearing no shoes on concrete. No padding. No cushion. Tight toe box. My feet were in so much pain from wearing these shoes. I didn't return them because I did attempt to tolerate wearing them multiple times over several weeks. Just an overall waste of money.

you should run from this group, I ordered shoes and never received the product, I reported it as fraud with my bank who credited back the amount of money ON stole from me

Bei dem im August 2024 gekaufte ON | Herren Wanderschuhe Cloudwander Waterproof löst sich im Fersenbereich der Stoff auf.
Wurde ca. 30-40 mal benutzt.
Hatte noch nie so eine schlechte Markenqualität und wechsle wieder auf Adidas zurück, diese halten um ein vielfaches länger !

Die Schuhsohle ist bereits nach knapp 4 Monaten kaputt - bei normalem alltäglichem Gebrauch. Dafür soviel Geld bezahlt zu haben ärgert mich schon sehr!
Werde nie wieder Schuhe dieser Marke kaufen!

I had a terrible experience with On Running. I placed an order (Cloudultra 2) for $180, and after more than two weeks, I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them seven times, and every time they give me the same excuse — that “the carrier hasn’t picked up the package.” They offer no solution and no refund, and even suggest I deal with my bank instead.

This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for a company of this level. I’ve lost time, energy, and trust. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank because they refuse to take responsibility.

I will never buy from them again, and I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious with this brand. What looks like a serious company can turn out to be a huge disappointment.

Ein paar Jahre angenehm beim Gehen zu tragen, für das Laufen ungeeignet, da sich Steine in den Sohlen sammeln.
Nach ca 5 Jahren lösten sich bei mir die Sohlen von beiden Schuhen. Und das für weit über 100€. Ich habe sie jetzt dorthin getan, wo sie hingehören … in den Müll 😡

I have had quite a few trainers from On running. I find I am different sizes in different style so have had to send some back and had no issues. Had one pair which the waterproof was faulty, they sorted out speedily.

keine Einsicht, Schuhe quietschen, wenn sie beim Regen oder auch nassen Boden bewegt werden. Das hält auch drei Tage danach an und die Schuhe werden nicht ersetzt oder eine Lösung gefunden. Das fällt nicht. Unter Garantie ist die Aussage bei solchen teuren Schuhen eine Unverschämtheit nie wieder.
