Needed an update to date life and income protection policy. Sam was extremely patient and allowed me to read through documents before agreeing to anything. Never felt pressured into going into a policy without feeling confident to do so. Was tricky to get income protection due to health conditions however Sam approached a number of insurances and was able to find me cover.

I dealt with Sam during the set up of my policy. In total it took nearly a year to put in place, due to constant changing circumstances fo myself and a busy life with two under two year olds.

Over the course of that time, Sam was patient and kind. He persevered and we finally managed to get everything sorted. The policy suits what I need and is a great price. Far better then I could've done myself.

Sam is a very professional advisor who has a wealth of knowledge regarding all the products we discussed.
