Trabaje con 3 plataformas diferentes y esta ha sido la peor equivocación, no pagan a tiempo, no pagan lo que tienen que pagar, la comunicación es pésima y hacen lo que quieren con la música de uno.

Customer service is a waist of time
Customer service is a waist of time. They take forever to respond and when they do they never address the concern. Also, now instead of emailing you to your personal email, they use a ticket system which you can't access unless your logged in which is helpless when they sign you out for no reason and don't except your log in info, instead they make you use some random code they say they will email you but never do. I would HIGHLY recommend against using this platform.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with ONErpm. Despite their claims of providing excellent support and delivering music to all stores, my recent encounter with their services has been nothing short of a nightmare.
To begin with, I submitted a support ticket regarding my songs that were supposedly "delivered to all stores." However, it has been an excruciatingly long time, and I have yet to receive any response from their customer support team. The lack of communication and support is simply unacceptable and reflects a profound disregard for their customers.
As an artist, having my music available on various platforms is crucial for exposure and potential revenue. ONErpm's failure to release my songs has significantly hindered my progress and potential success. It is frustrating and disheartening to see that despite their claims, they have failed to fulfill their basic promise.
Furthermore, the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ONErpm is appalling. They provide no updates or explanations for the delay in releasing my songs. It feels like they have taken my music hostage, leaving me with no control or information about the status of my releases.
I had high expectations when I chose to work with ONErpm, as they positioned themselves as a reliable and efficient distribution platform. Regrettably, my experience has shattered those expectations. Their inability to respond to support inquiries and their failure to deliver my music on time have left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and neglected.
I strongly advise against using ONErpm for any artist or musician seeking reliable distribution services. Their lack of responsiveness, unfulfilled promises, and poor customer support are inexcusable. There are plenty of other reputable distribution platforms available that prioritize their customers' needs and maintain effective communication channels.
In conclusion, I cannot express my disappointment enough with ONErpm. Their failure to respond to my support ticket and deliver my songs on time has been a deeply frustrating and regrettable experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and professional music distribution services.

Poor customer service. Signed an agreement with label 2 months ago, asked 5 times to take my all releases down and they are ignoring my requests just by answering to another questions that I didn't ask. I do not recommend to use this service.

Nada bueno de esperar de otra distribuidora free, aunque se quedan con un 15/25% de regalías, un verdadero desastre el soporte de ayuda, nunca entienden al usuario, no aceptan música con samples..?? inentendible, hoy día toda la música esta echa a base de samples e instrumentos, fala de transparencia en las analíticas, el primer año te pagan muy bien las regalías luego te lo bajan muy sospechosamente a menos un 50% off, nada confiable no le recomiendo en absoluto.

Don’t go with them!
Don’t go with them. They will reject and delay your music releases for petty / unknown reasons. I went with Distrokid in the end, $20 dollars fee and my music was on Spotify and Apple Music within a couple of days. Onerpm are rubbish!

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Please avoid them. I've distributed only five songs with them and afterwards, they rejected all other songs I tried to send to them. My releases never got onto Itunes/Apple Music because it was "rejected from them" and my music never even got on youtube content id.
Even worse, sometimes, they rejected my release from youtube sometimes and other stores for no reason.
Their publishing platform is VERY strict into letting people in. I've gotten rejected many times and ONErpm never said anything about acceptance rate.
Their support is horrible and vague. I tried to delete my account but they said my account can't leave the platform.
Anyways, I switched to MUCH better distributors like RouteNote and TuStreams.

They are very responsive on their support system. But english is not always their best quality, their blog search engine doesn’t work and a lot of small things go wrong. Also sometimes you get a little attitude from their employees in the support tickets.

Después de haber publicado anteriormente 4 sencillos con ONErpm rechazaron el quinto.
Sin dar motivo ninguno lo rechazan por, según ellos, "Está fuera del estándar requerido por las plataformas digitales.“ pero no explican cuál es la causa.

They locked my account and I’m owed thousands in royalties. They were pretty vague as to why they decided to close my account. I make everything myself. I don’t understand why i got suspended. Do Not Recommend This Distributor
With one release it was music refused to editorial reason, then it says quality of the music as being the reason it is not distributed? And before this I tried a release that was already released with other distributor (just maybe moving to this distributor) but then it was not on ITunes, not on YouTube, not on iTunes ringtones?? Right now I cannot recommend this!!

Dont waste time..Try another distributor.
They are fraud ! They blocked my account for some false claims even I produced all the legal documents but they are not ready to listen at all and every time they are replying with automated copy paste answer. They are holding my revenue over 1200 USD. Its been more than six months and they are not releasing my fund. Its very frustrating situation, totally helpless for my own earned revenue.

Unrelated cut-n-paste in Portuguese to tickets
I had a release with them. It went OK. Then I had a special version of the same song that I wanted to release. In the form I put it like this:
Song Title (Name of Special Version)
Well, whoever approved the release deleted the whole parenthesis, so now I have two different recordings with the same metadata which will bring me problems with Spotify. I opened a ticket and tried changing the title in the ticket but instead got a copy-paste rejection with a completely unrelated response in Portuguese by someone called Daniela!!!
(I have google translate so I can tell what she cut and pasted and is totally unrelated to adding version name to the song title)

I have just changed distributors from Distrokid to One RPM for the better analytics. So far it has been disastrous. Despite having assured me that all I needed to do was contact them as soon as my contract with distrokid was terminated - they took forever to respond and my music has now been off streaming sites for close to a week.
In addition, as other reviewers have already pointed out, they have replied to me in Spanish???? I don't speak Spanish. Rejected 3 singles because they say faulty audio files- the audio files are perfect. Rejected singles because of writers credit? There is no space for writers credit and finally the cherry on the cake because one of the album covers says Dos Floris & Friends (members of the public participated in the recording). They say I need to add artist as Dos Floris & Friends which is impossible.
Its been a nightmare the whole way through.
