Habe einen Skioverall bei Oneskee bestellt. Dieser passte leider nicht,aber dann: Surprise :Super super Kundenservice!!!! Rücksendelabel sofort mit detaillierter Beschreibung bekommen, zwei Tage später kam der Umtausch an!! Die andere Größe war früher bei mir, als die Retoure bei Oneskee. Unfassbar gute Qualität auch, und Passform. Selten so einen Topservice erlebt. Vielen Dank!!! Ehrlich, ich gebe lieber ein paar Euro mehr für Qualität und Service aus, als mich über Billig und noch günstiger aufzuregen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!

This was my first purchase of a one piece ski suit - as I’ve got older, I feel the cold more, and decided to treat myself for my 70th birthday! I bought the leopard print brown one, and wore it for the first time on a two week ski holiday last month - what a difference!
The suit is super warm and so comfortable. I’m a size 10, 5ft 7 and bought the regular medium size; it’s a roomy fit, but not overly so. I did think I’d have room for several layers underneath, but found I only needed one base layer, which is previously unheard of for me! I love the many pockets, a couple of which I didn’t discover until part way through the first week! The braces are a great idea - they meant I could walk around during coffee stops without the whole suit slipping down.
The suit seems very well made and the zips are extremely robust. The magnetic closure ‘buttons’ were a surprise - and far easier than poppers!
Delighted with my purchase, and would definitely recommend.

If I could give 0 I would… I bought one of their (not cheap) suits for a holiday, and on day ONE! It ripped.
I have contacted them by email twice and even though they state an attempted response time of 24 hours… it has now been over a week!
I want my money back or an exchange but most importantly, I want a response!! The suit is unusable and I would strongly advise against using this brand.

I love the style. With my second oneskee I had a problem. The customer service was very good! Quick in responce, friendly and supportive. The problem was quickly resolved. Thanks a lot.

I ordered the Oneskee all in one snowsuit and I wasn’t sure what size to get. I went for a medium short but when it arrived it was too big. I didn’t have very long before I was going skiing so I contacted customer services who sent me a link to exchange it for a small, it was so easy to do and the small arrived the next day. It fitted perfectly! Returning the other one was as simple as putting it back in the box and showing a QR code at the post office. I got lots of compliments on the ski suit and it kept me warm and cosy in very cold Canadian temperatures. I really liked the number of pockets, and the handy zip for going for a wee without having to take the whole thing off! Highly recommend. Many thanks.

Customer service was second to none when I reached out with a query.

I ordered the 2 in 1 for my skiing adventures- It is bright red and I wear it everywhere when Canadian temps get really cold. It is baggy, but that is great for range of motion. The hood will draw close to your face and stay in place in the crazy wind- which makes it great for winter beach walks by the ocean. The versatility is wonderful - all you need is a base layer underneath.

I have recently purchased two oneskee onesies. The quality is superb, good fabric, high quality zips. Great design, plenty of pockets, venting, etc. Good fit, I really appreciate having a medium-long option meaning I don't need to go up a size unnecessarily.

Really great value for money.

I bought the Oneskee snowsuit from the Decathlon websie and I regret I did! It arrived quickly, but has ridiculous fitting - very long torso and extremely short legs, which made it unsafe to walk in it let alone go skiing. So I clicked the return button straight away, thinking it would be the normal 3-4 days process. But instead it turned out to be weeks of waiting - they ignored all my (and subsequently Decathlon's) requests to send me the return slip. I even sent the direct email to the Oneskee - they perfectly ignored it as well.

So, after 3 weeks and about 20 emails in total, I finally got the refund, wasting hours of my life. At some point I already started gathering evidence ready to file the small court claim, to be honest.
No more buying products of this brand.

A fantastic company and people to deal with. Recently had a small repair done to my ski suit, Liberty and the team were hugely helpful and did the repair for free. I absolutely love my suit, excellent professional gear and matched by the people behind it all.

I stupidly put in the wrong postcode for my order and the customer service was fab. Liberty got back to me so quickly and kept me updated on the progress of the parcel. The ski suit is also lovely, highly recommend this company 😊

I had nothing but good experience when purchasing my women snow suit this winter. I knew of good quality and comfort when borrowing my daughter suit she got 2 years ago. i loved it so much that I decided to get my own! I like comfy skiwear that fits layers if needed and back-protector underneath. Used in hash canadian winters and does a great job protecting from water/snow and wind. One peace for snowboarding and skiing is great! Customer service was really helpful in confirming my correct size and Liberty continued providing support when my package was delayed in transport due to issues from their partner courier in Canada. Customer service is awful. They never answer, I returned the product a month ago and I still haven't received a refund. I recommend not to buy clothes here!!!!

Trustpilot really needs to stop removing POSITIVE reviews from their site and thinking it’s spam when it truly isn’t. This was the second time they did this to me when I wanted to post a positive review on my experiences with certain merchants. I’m starting to think either your bots or team are completely incompetent in weeding out what is a real review versus one that is spam. Anyway, enough with my rant. Since Trustpilot removed the original review, I’ll repost it again:

Original: While my review might not be enough to gauge OneSkee’s overall operation, but I had to jump in here and rate my one and only experience with them from a few years ago. Whilst I enjoyed skiing all these years, I’m not one for the fitted ski wear and suits, I needed more room to maneuver. It took me eons to find my vision but luckily OneSkee came along. I opted for their picnic-style ski suit and after poring over the reviews, I ordered size 1. Processing and shipping were relatively quick, and upon arrival - my ski suit was the stuff made of dreams! It was the perfect sizing for me as well as enough room to maneuver without interfering with my skiing. In addition, it was extremely well made and held up in the elements just fine. Also, I felt super warm, comfortable and cozy. More importantly, I didn’t have to bring separate ski jacket, pants and layers - I could just bring this ski suit and my base layers and I’m all set! Mind you, when traveling (and flying) to ski destinations - weight truly matters and I didn’t want to deal with baggage limits. This suit barely weighed anything in my luggage. Honestly, out of my entire collection (and I tend to be skiwear junkie for years), OneSkee ski suit was the bestest out of the bunch. Please make more designs soon!

Just received my pink tie die OneSkee and I’m really impressed. Height relevant female snowboard clothing is so hard to find as someone who’s very short. The quality is great and look forward to wearing it on my Japan trip in February. Shipping a little expensive but otherwise delighted!

10/10 for oneskee uk customer service. An item was out of stock on the website so I emailed to check when stock would be back again. They had one in the distribution centre that hadn’t gone on the website yet and arranged for me to purchase the item. Liberty was most helpful in arranging this for me. I haven’t received the item yet but i just needed to write a review based on their customer service. The best service I have received anywhere yet. Thank you again. You’ve been most kind. I can’t wait for it to arrive

I decided to return because I prefer a shell over insulation. Seems true to size, Large fit me well at 6’3 200lbs. They have awesome designs.

I'm incredibly disappointed with Oneskee's customer service and their deceptive shipping practices. Not only did they charge me for shipping the snow suit initially, but they also had the audacity to charge for return shipping when I wanted to send it back. To add insult to injury, I accidentally ordered two suits, and now I'll be out $40 each just to return them. The whole experience was a complete waste of time and money. I won't be purchasing from Oneskee again.

On their website it says 3-5 days delivery but it's been a week now and no package has arrived.
You can't even see where it is. Support can't see where the package is either. We're going on a ski vacation tomorrow and our daughter doesn't have any ski clothes.
Never buy from here again.

I bought my first Oneskee jumpsuit looking for a solution for the cold in Finland. I am a teacher in Helsinki of 2-year-old children and I needed a winter garment that was comfortable, waterproof and that would allow me to spend 2 hours a day with the children in the snow. I made a mistake in the size when I bought it and I sent an email to Oneskee, they answered me right away and canceled my order so I could buy the correct size again. They also put me in contact with the appropriate department to advise me on the size. I am happy with my Oneskee, I wear it every day, it is comfortable, warm and the material is high quality. Something I love about it are the pockets it has. Many people in Helsinki ask me about the jumpsuit since there are not many brands that produce them in this country.

Recently purchased an overall oneskee. Been on a snowboarding trip 2x already and very satisfied. Very convenient to use and nice and warm. Good quality and waterproof.
