It's a fraud
It's a fraud. I purchased one ski suit. It arrived, it was too big, I enquiried a refund (through their website, very hard to do it, plus they have no phone number to call). As agreed, I paid myself the shipment with tracking (UPS), and it arrived after a couple of days. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for their refund and they have even stopped replying my emails. This website is a scam, be aware and stay away from it.

Re: the suit itself:
My kids love them. The suits are definitely cool (and adorable). Sizing is a bit weird, but livable (The 7-8 for my very tall almost 7 year old will hopefully still fit next year, the 5-6 for my very tall almost 5 year old is enormous). I'm disappointed they don't have the suspender straps like the adult ones. They are very waterproof, which is great. They don't seem to be designed for climates where kids wear their snowsuits every day to do everything 3-4 months of the year (we live in said climate), more for just ski hills. A big improvement would be reinforced cuffs on the bottom, reinforced seat and reinforced knees. Ideally a room-to-grow seam also. The lycra wrist guards are a lovely feature. Overall, very happy with the suit itself.
Re: the customer service:
It started out well, but ended up being a saga. I live in North America, and so now must order off the US site. The suit for my son was available so I ordered it. My daughter absolutely wanted a colour unavailable on the US site, so I sent an email asking if I could pay extra to have the one she wanted shipped from the UK. I got a quick response with a link. Ordered and received within 4 days, was 40$ more. Fair enough. So great for that part.
In the meantime, my son's suit, ordered from the US site with 1 day shipping had still not arrived 1 week later. Multiple emails to oneskee, calls to shipper, always a delay with response, always asking me to wait another week and see. In the end they agree to send me a replacement suit, but the shipper charges me 112$ for import duties despite the fact that I have already prepaid import duties on the original suit. Not only that, but the replacement suit is the wrong one...
UPDATE: Randomly, the original shipper eventually found my original suit and delivered it about a month later, so all is well that ends well. I have an extra suit that cost import duties. At this point I am going to donate it instead of going through the rigmarole of dealing with a return. However, the whole experience: having been charged a 2nd time for import duties, having to harass, not receiving prompt replies, not receiving a credit, not receiving a "gift" of sorts with the (wrong) replacement suit (is it so hard to throw in a tuque and neckwarmer or 2? Really would have improved my goodwill) has sadly put me off ordering from them again. Alas, because I like the products.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service! Delaying refunds for weeks with no reason including not providing shipping labels for days and then having received the returns still not confirming and releasing refund. Do not trust this company

Product design and fit are great.
What's not so great is the shipping. The whole experience of online shopping is all about unpack.
1. Ordered on 20 Nov, arrived on 8 Dec in Singapore. Is that good or bad?
2. Send an email on 5th Dec to ask to get an assurance as I'm heading to the mountain on 16 Dec. U ask me to wait for a week and if nothing arrives I shall contact u again. 😭
3. Finally it arrives. But my local mail needs to bag it as the cardboard package 📦 is worn out. Just thinking this ski suit is valued at xxx price, maybe can consider upgrade your shipping?

A Stylish Beginner
I am a beginner entering the world of skiing and snowboarding, so I needed some good quality gear. I heard about this company through a social media influencer I watched who promoted it, and I was instantly hooked by the style and the quality of it. Even though that judgement was from a video, when I got my suit that I ordered, I was no where near disappointed. The quality is amazing, and it fits perfectly. And, I was able to get it for a great price with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals! As I dive into the snow world, I'll always look to One Skee for more great gear.

Great for skiing
Great for skiing. I am always on my back and there is no chance the snow can get down there! I've had 2 different versions now and am now looking to get a new one this year.
Excellent company, excellent service
Excellent company, the negative reviews appear to be from people who don't know how online retail works. If you order something and need to return it for a different size, read their policy and it all makes sense. Leaving a negative review just because you can't read simple instructions is ridiculous. I've been a customer for years and would highly recommend Oneskee.

Worst customer service/policies by a company. I purchased an expensive snowuit. The seam on the outside pocket unraveled the first day I wore it - so I basically got a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I tried to exchange for a new one, but I was told they don't do exchanges. Instead, I had to return the snowsuit for a refund and buy another one. I paid $92 (more than 20% of the cost of the snowsuit) to return their DEFECTVIE PRODUCT only to be told that they do not refund the return shipping cost (nor did they offer me free shipping to send them back their DEFECTIVE PRODUCT). So I am out $92 for their defective product. I am trying to find a consumer advocacy group to report them to.
Terrible Company— can’t get worse
They have bizarre sizes and offer little guidance on their website about how to order the correct size. Although they advertise free returns, they lie. I ordered a onesie ski suit after studying the photos, taking measurements and they made me pay $100 to return it. I then ordered a second suit in a size small and AGAIN it was huge and they made me pay another $100 to return it.
After posting this review, Oneskee responded and asked if I had seen their size guidelines before ordering. The answer is yes. I studied them like it was a dissertation. There is not one model on the size guidelines wearing anything other than a size 3 or 4. Even though the models have different heights and weights, they use no models wearing the smaller sizes. In the end, I ordered two different ski suits (both at a time when free returns were advertised) and when I sought to return them, both times Oneskee told me that I did not get a free return and that I had to pay for shipping. I paid over $200 for shipping and did NOT end up with a ski suit that fit me. Any emails to the company were met with auto replies and no repayment for shipping costs. Finally, I spent a lot of time trying to email them and got no response at all until I posted this review. It has without a doubt been my worst e-commerce experience with a company ever.
After writing the first two notes, Oneskee contacted me asking for my order numbers and said they wanted to resolve the issue. I dutifully complied hoping they would pay me back my $200 in shipping costs. Hilariously, someone emailed telling me they didn’t have the return which they obviously have because I have been repaid. So they don’t even read your emails, don’t understand the nature of your complaint and don’t actually try to help you. 100% racket, scam, joke, dishonest unconscionable company.
Last post: I connected with Oneskee after they requested my name and contact information. They provided pedantic answers and have no intention of resolving this. I am left with the conclusion that they reached out only to feign responsiveness to reduce the impact of the negative reviews. However, they have no good faith intention of rectifying any issue for their consumers. Stay away.

If I could provide a ZERO star I would! I returned my unopened package back in December with oneskee's return label (purchased for $14) and the tracking just stopped on Jan 3rd. I can not contact the UK shipping because I do not have an account number. I have sent oneskee over 6 requests to help me and I get the same automated response,
"Hello Jodianne Ellis, Thank you for getting in touch about your order return.Our records indicate that we haven’t received this item. Please send in a copy of the returns receipt and write out the tracking number for the return. We’re sorry for this inconvenience. We hope to get this taken care of for you as soon as possible. Have a great day!

The customer service is non-existent. I would NEVER recommend to purchase from this company. In fact, if I do not receive my return in the next two weeks I am filling a legal report to the Better Business Bureau.
No exchanges
Oneskee does not allow exchanges if e.g. size table on their site is incorrect.
They offer the refund upon return, so you need to wait until the order will be returned to them and only then you can re-order another item. In addition you pay for shipping and returns as well.
The prices of re-order would most likely be higher than your original order.

staggeringly bad customer service
Unbelievable bad customer service and I feel like I was misled. I went online after my misses bought one and wow the service is shocking. They’re keen to get you to sign up by offering a discount which they then don’t honour (see T’s &c’s they say) and then after a friend sent me a referral code with a discount the item was sent via slow post. I then returned the item for a refund only to have them deduct the postage (so free returns isn’t accurate) and had to chase them to get this back. If i had known how bad the service would be i would have avoided them.
Update - these guys keep trying to have my review taken down which is not acceptable.Firstly they had it marked as harmful and now they ask for more details otherwise it will be removed. My review is a genuine review of their service. They should focus on improving their customer service and then their reviews will improve.

Absolutely shocking customer service, you can’t email or speak to anyone and I am still waiting on a refund of over £500 from the 7th of December.
