30 min ETA window provided at the start of the day which helped me plan my day. They arrived on time with no delay. Once on site we had a quick chat about the job to confirm what was required and ascertained what state the system was in for safety as the kitchen was in a state of renovation. The engineer isolated the system with the relevant safety procedures. I asked a few questions regarding how the test for carbon monoxide, the answers were very informative. Pipe was effeciently capped and then moved onto boiler service. Our boiler was fitted a couple of years ago and although the boiler has been working fine since they did highlight a safety error in the installation of our boiler which was easily rectified 👍. Thanks for that. The engineer also highlighted a pipe which was poorly routed which prevented the removal of the trap for maintenance. Therefore I asked for a quote to be provided for a return visit to replace pipe. The boiler service probably took approx 1 HR so there was clearly attention to detail. Will happily use one stop again for future work knowing the job will be done properly first time.

Have used twice now for the annual service on my elderly fathers boiler. First class service, excellent communication and incredibly trust worthy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Booked an appointment when my boiler developed a small leak. Turned up on time and texted an hour before to confirm. Engineer was polite, efficient and happy to explain everything as he went along Identified the faulty part quickly and had a replacement in the van so was able to replace it there and then. Completed a service at the same time to save another appointment. Prices were all quoted in advance and my invoice and service confirmation were e-mailed within 10 minutes of completion. They will also E-mail me next year to remind when the next service is due

The first time we came into contact with One Stop Boilers was after a new boiler was fitted and did not work properly. Four other plumbers, one Worcester Bosch representative and two electricians had all failed to find the problem. Jason walked in, saw what the problem was immediately and set to work. Within a few hours it was all working beautifully, all mess cleaned up, no problems at all. To say we were grateful is an understatement.

So when we had problems with the shower a few months later, we called them, Jason identified the problem immediately and made an appointment to fix it. He arrived promptly, fixed the problem, cleaned up etc. No problems.

We have their details in our phones, it’s such a relief to find a decent plumber. Highly recommended.
