One stop boilers are a five star comapny and would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!
This company completed emergency work for me I was in a crisis. They moved work around to complete my boiler conversion to a combi boiler after my old one was condemned and left me without hot water and heating. Nothing was ever to much trouble for this company / engineers... Jason Darren and Jon. They are all true honest friendly workmen. Work carried out was outstanding!! They cleaned up after themselves and can not fault this company at all. I will always use this company in the future.

Needed a new kitchen tap for my mom, I msg Onestop Boilers who replied almost immediately with a quote plain and simple. I asked when they would be able to help and was told if I felt it was important it was important to them and made arrangements for the next day. The job was completed by two of the most professional gentlemen who got on with the job no fuss or mess left behind. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and plan on using them again in the near future.

Jason came out quickly to look at the boiler, took me through what was wrong and my options. Darren then came out a few days later to change parts and do the repair. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional and did their work quickly. Definitely recommend.

The Onestopboiler team provided a really great service. Having booked them to replace a thermostat the team diligently tried to undertake the work; eventually finding a fault with the parts I'd provided. Thinking we'd have to cancel the job and rearrange - they agreed to wait until I replaced the parts, working into the evening at no extra cost to get the job done. Quality of work and amazing service - will definitely use again.

Onestopboilers serviced our gas CH boiler today and provided an excellent service. The engineer was thorough, courteous and helpful and I would recommend them to people who need their services. They even carry a stock of spare parts and were able to replace a defective part while servicing the boiler.

The guys were here promptly on day of installation (new boiler and shower) look professional, polite and informative.
Job took the three of them just that day to complete, got back home to them and they gave me the details of what things were new etc. Also kept everywhere clean and tidied up after themselves!!

Came out promptly to my Mothers leaking boiler. Did a great job sorting it out. Carrying out service and additional work next week. Very friendly and helpful. Will use again.

Excellent service they came this morning kept me update on all they was doing and cleaned up after them then explained to me how to use my new boiler great team of lads thanks again for great service.

Excellent service. Jason was really helpful with our underfloor heating leak. Told me how to switch the water off without a visit and then came and fixed the issue on the date and time he said he would.
All in all really pleased and would highly recommend.

Very prompt, came to us at short notice, very transparent and thorough, even called the manufacturer in front of us, felt very reassured and would do business with Jason again in the future

Jason was very professional from start to finish, couldn't make the first appointment so rearranged & to be fair turned up bang on time.
Although he had to condemn & disconnect our gas fire he did tests that no other engineer had ever done before, potentialy saving us from carbon monoxide poisoning.
So thanks Jason, absolutely brilliant service.

From start to finish Jason has been amazing. He kept me informed throughout and did a thorough check of everything whilst he completed the job.

I am very happy with the service provided by Jason. He responded to my enquiry for a quote very quickly and came at a time suited to me. The problem with my hot water tank was fixed in one visit which was a relief. Communication was good throughout and I was notified when he was about 40 minutes away. I would definitely use one stop again and would highly recommend them.

The text advising imminent arrival is an excellent idea. The two gentlemen who came were lovely, they competently serviced our boiler and explained what they were doing and what would need doing in the future. Great availability too as I'd managed to forget, despite their useful reminder email, to book an annual service. Definitely recommended.

Great prompt service again from Onestop. What I particularly like is the SMS advising the time of arrival on the actual day of boiler service. Moreover, knowledgeable, know what they are doing and are trustworthy. Can highly recommend.

Our Boilermate II wasn't producing hot water, when we gave onestopboilers a call Jason was with us the very next day to sort it all out. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were all fixed up and even followed up with us the next day.
