I had very specific issues with contents and liability insurance and was getting very frustrated with some providers. Then I spoke with Kerry at One Sure and she listened very carefully to what my concerns were. She spent time going through set questions with me and said she needed to talk with the underwriters. She later called me back as promised and had found me the insurance I needed. The whole process was easy and within 24 hours all the paperwork was dealt with. Because of Kerry’s professionalism, patience and understanding I would without any hesitation recommend One Sure and will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Dean was fantastic, got me a good price without hesitation, explained everything far clearer than all other company representatives have. Straight forward process.

Having been in the motor trade for 40 years I can say that dealing with Jamie at OneSure was one of the nicest and knowledgeable people I have dealt with on any trade policy I have had before. Their quote was the best on the market and easiest to finalise especially with the help of Jamie who made it a pleasant experience not the normal chore it normally is.

Absolutely scammers AVOID AVOID AVOID

We asked for a level of cover and they haven't provided this and have asked for over £1000 more for this level even though we asked from the start, now want £1500 to cancel.
Apparently they have a guarantee to be the cheapest but won't honer that guarantee.
They will leave you on hold for a longtime hoping you hang up.

This company is a joke

Currently on our 3rd month with this insurance company and omg, what a disappointment. First off they are adding nearly £1000 after all fees added for a cb10 thats no longer on my licence with dvla. Second, They promised to include social domestic to policy but now they want to charge me nearly another £1000 for something ive already paid for. 3rdly they now have made threats to charge me over £2000 extra if i cancel. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. There are decent companies our there who care about their customers. Avoid One Sure Insurance! I am starting court proceedings.

I'm absolutely disgusting that I actually have to give this company one star.
From yhe beginning it's a hard sell telling you they are doing you such a good deal then offering a small discount.
Followed by several more hard sell on other products.
But the worse thing was the follow up call a few days later adding an additional £600 to yhe policy as yhey hadn't received my ncd.
After several phone calls I had to make to them it turn out they did have it but wouldn't protect my ncb as they had cancelled it so I asked to cancel the policy ASAP the phone gets cut off but guess what £220 additional charge for one month insurance that's after £120 deposit.
Sham God help anyone how falls for these crooks.

Beware scammers, missold the Insurence. Then saying not included claims even though I mentioned I don’t remember all the claims when taking the screenshot policy.

4 days insured for my car and changed 1,200& including deposit. Ripping the money, took the charges without your consent . Please avoid taking the Insurence.

I would recommend one sure insurance heavily, I dealt with Jamie, his knowledge and customer service was a pleasure to deal with.

I can say that i spoke with John Harvey all this time for my insurance and if i could give him 100/10 i would. So polite, so “I know what i am doing” attitude which helped me a lot with my enquiry as i was new to this specific insurance! He made every effort and a lot of time spend so that i can be happy with the end result!
