Can’t believe it. They cancelled my £15k insurance policy for no good reason, then still helped themselves to another payment via direct debit. Absolute piss take. If the policy’s cancelled, what exactly are they taking my money for? Proper dodgy behaviour.

They charged us and did not offered whatbthey promised and then cancelled our policy and are not refunding our money

Was struggling with getting some documents from my previous insurance provider, was in contact with Peter Carter at One Sure Insurance and gave me a contact number for the company I was with that took me straight through instead of waiting for half an hour like it has been in the past or talking to a chatbot to try and source these required files. Communication with Peter and the team has been great and super quick to reply unlike other insurance companies I've been with.

Had to make quick amendments to my policy & it was quick and seamless process.

Absolutely fantastic service from Prudence in renewals on today's telephone call when renewing our motor trade insurance policy.

She answered all of my questions, which i had lots of questions.

Very helpful, polite, informative.

This lady should be given a promotion and/or pay rise.

I would like to give 5 stars to the person I spoke with, she was amazing and easy to talk too, her name was Jessica. Made the difficult situation easy to understand and made me an affordable plan moving forward.
However, one sure, I would not give a good review. The policies are ridiculous. Every time ive had to switch motorbike they've always made a ridiculous reason on why they cant, which has resulted in me having to cancel 2 policies to start a new one. It feels asif they want the most money they can out of you. Also if its an emergency situation on the weekend, theres nothing in place to assist you.
Lovely staff but ridiculous policies which the staff can only apologise for.

Spoke to Tom who was really helpful & knowledgeable, I could not fault his professionalism in helping me & sorting out my insurance for me, he explained everything in detail & in a way that I completely understood, perfect, thank you Tom

We recently took out a policy with One Sure and the initial quote was very competitive however after incorrect document that was supplied from our previous broker and the no claims bonus not being as First fought the policy Fl into a seven day cancellation process this was also due to some technical issues with our devices and not receiving messages due to our damaged equipment
Which has no reflection on One Sure however after finding the overdue documents we were left with A additional premium of £1365 of course this isn’t what we wanted to hear but we were passed through to Peter who works on cancellations and in all fairness he was swift most helpful and made everything crystal clear for us to understand naturally no one was responsible for the mishap with The, no claims bonus this was down to the previous broker which I won’t mention we left them because of lack of service.
So I can honestly say we were very pleased with the outcome and could not recommend Peter enough highly commendable and very skilled in his area
Closing statement would highly recommend to anyone in the motor trade business

The help from Peter Carter made my experience a stress free 1. I usually struggle to understand alot of the emails and documentation that is asked for but he helped me massively

I contacted One Sure Insurance for my new catering trailer, van, and public liability insurance. I spoke with Adam Khalili and Rachel over the phone, and they were both absolutely fantastic—very welcoming, professional, and helpful with all my questions. Even though I haven't visited the office in person, the level of service they provided was excellent. Highly recommended!
