You ever notice that the positive reviews are mostly the same,they mention member of the team,and how good service was?

Google one sure insurance in "the guardian"
Will let your cooling of period end,then tell you provided documents not good enough,then ask for more money.

Now tell everyone how much I paid from may to July in your response. 8weeks insurance cost over 500 pounds.paid money upfront then you took money from my bank.
Now this was over 8 years ago,but i see in this time still up to old tricks,trying to drown out real reviews..
Listen to the bad reviews,look out for reviews that mention adjusting your policy and price,after cooling off period.....

"Update" you asked for the policy i had?,,read the review it clearly states..

"In January I bought a motor insurance policy from One Sure Insurance and paid £190 on my credit card. A month later, on the first day of the insured period, it said there was a problem with my no claim bonus history. However, my previous insurer said there wasn’t and emailed the details to One Sure which still maintained there was a problem. As a result, it charged another £60 to my credit card. I cancelled the policy, but there’s been no refund."

Now my original review was 2017,this guardian article was one yr later,I checked today,and company has not improved....

Terrible communication, incapable of answering email enquiries, when they ask for information via email you respond and then it takes several days for a response, inevitably you have to phone them, then takes 15 minutes plus to get through, call centre staff dismissive and don't care.
Also be aware they won't make it known that any extras on your policy you will not get refunds on if you cancel your policy and go elsewhere, Terrible outfit

The company is a fraud I say they have robbed me with my insurance wont recomend them to anyone

So l set up the policy for my partner gave all the details etc etc we paid the deposit then Once deposit paid these robbing gits decided to try a slap another 2 thousand on it. Then my partner said to cancel the policy which l called to do ( I’m also on the policy) then they inform me lm not the account holder an l have not go authority to speak for my partner so he has to cancel the policy. What a load of shit- 💩 yet they was quite happy to chat to me to set it all up an run around. An to top it all off no policy details

After being involved in an accident, a non-fault accident, the misfortune really started. It turns out that my new policy wasn't an auto renew. It was actually a brand new policy with a different company. The insurance policy that I was sold was nowhere near the policy I had last year. Extras that I paid for last year were removed without permission. That's right excess increased , had to speak with a financial ombudsman and them agreeing to take the case on. They confirmed what they done is breaking the law. I would advise anybody thinking about using this company to really reconsider it. I was with them the year before and I was happy but second year treated like rubbish second class citizen. I've had to chase people with regards to my accident that I was involved with. Not once has the insurance company phone me directly. The company they've put me with don't even deal with stuff themselves. They outsource every aspect which slows everything down now being out of work for 9 weeks. No income. Only found out where my van was in the country last week. Please please please consider using somebody else. Business choice direct freaking admiral anybody. It is worth paying extra. They might be cheap but it is not worth the risk . Items stolen from my van while in there care .

Renewed my traders policy and liability with one sure, I had called round a few other companies before I was introduced to one sure, and let me tell you it was hard work. However when rob called me from one sure and I spoke to him I instantly knew he was the person I would take the policy out with.

He was very knowledgeable no beating around the bush, he was clear with his facts and information, went above and beyond to help me get the best quote, and he liked a laugh on the phone you could tell he enjoyed his job.

Thank you Rob for all your help in getting my insurance set up it was seamless.

Dean was great explained the process walked through procedure with me and explained things that I wouldn't of have known about otherwise.

I have just completed an ammendment to my van policy. I was guided through the process seamlessly on the 'phone by a lovely chap called Peter Carter. He was tremendously helpful throughout and resolved multiple issues for me. To top it all Peter has clear diction which enabled me to easily understand all his advice and explanations. Thanks Peter.

Had to stop the quotation ,as I was asked will I be keeping receipts for my business. Who in gods name would run a business without keeping receipts. Female wasreading from a script. Had to mark 1star would never use one sure because of this question

Samantha from this company is a credit to you . Very very good at her job very polite and funny down to earth went above and beyond what I asked for she deserves a pay rise
