We have used One Wood for flooring our whole house and could not be happier. They are very competitive on price but without sacrificing quality of both product and installation.

We have an amazing herringbone pattern floor in our kitchen/diner space for which One Wood ensures their most experienced fitter for this design was available. And it looks incredible.

Superb service from start to finish. The assessor who came for the initial view and the fitter on the day were both friendly and the fitter super hard working and got the job done all on time and to a great standard too. Would recommend them without hesitation.

We were very happy to use them for 175 sq m of flooring. Excellent range. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who carefully explained the different types of wooden floors available. Pricing policy seems fair although comparisons are not easy to make. Definitely worth visiting if contemplating a wooden floor of some type They didn't dwell too much on the ramifications of changing current wooden floors for new ones - levels/ ply/ skirting moving and general upheaval. This would be useful as one usually buys a floor once and may not have considered them.
Dare I say consider Karndean and Amtico floor options and even ‘wood effect’ ceramic tiles too incase eventually more suitable for your situation. We still chose wood though!

Sanded and polished the parquet flooring that was in a bad condition. They were great, did it all in one day, kept me informed and I get so many compliments on the floor now!!

This chap knew his job and was very good. Unfortunately he was always late in arriving, sometimes over an hour and never phoned to inform me.

Would have received a higher rating had I not have to chase up the installer several times to repair a minor damage to my bed.
Also furniture was not removed (I removed what I could) and he made no attempt to cover it (especially the bed and an upholstered antique sofa) to protect it from the EXTENSIVE dust involved in the floor fitting.
He was, however, pleasant, as was everyone I dealt with and the job was well done and value for money compared with another quote.
