I had a wonderful experience working with Rachel. She was very patient, professional, and always responded to all my questions. Rachel created a detailed itinerary for our Europe trip and explained everything clearly, which made the planning process much easier for our group. Even when we needed more time to decide and had questions about visas and travel plans, she was very understanding and supportive. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend Rachel to anyone planning their travel.

Joshua helped us plan our trip to London for sightseeing, and Whitstable Castle, Kent where my son is marrying his lifelong girl friend, ensuring we see all the major attractions London and the surrounding areas have to offer. Joshua got it all booked right after the Middle East Conflict began on February 28th when booking was suspended intermittently, and existing flights were being cancelled abroad. How could we miss my son’s wedding? It was harrowing for several hours but Joshua got us booked. We are so grateful for his calm demeanor, patience, and kindness. We are blessed by Joshua and his tenacity in making it happen for us. 🛐✝️ We are simply giving honor to whom honor is due. Thank you so much Joshua for working so hard for us! Worked with Michael again here for a winter trip next year. He was very accommodating and was very attentive to requests and responded extremely quickly which is really nice. There was never any waiting for a response. He was very eager to find new things to do. Just needed to give him some details and he was off to the races!

I worked with Micheal he has been very helpful. I an not very skilled on a computer. He was patient with me and provided options for printing when I had some technical issues.

DO NOT USE THIS agency! In planning my families dream vacation to Iceland, I unfortunately came down with Covid and provided proper medical documentation to the agency with good faith that they would pass it along to the airlines so to we could be eligible for a credit or reschedule. The representatives at the agency LIED and communicated that they had done that and the airline would not credit, rebook. When I personally called the airlines myself, they said no one from agency had contacted them ( at all) nor had anyone from the agency provided airline with my medical documentation. So, I am OUT 5OOO plus dollars and the company has yet to re-compensate me. We lost our money, our dream and faith in this agency. When I delved deeper, I found that they throw their work to third party suppliers in Indian, it’s very difficult to reach them by phone when their is a crisis and exaggerate the costs to make their money. When I asked multiple times for a breakdown of costs, I never received nor have received any transparency.
They look good on the surface, beware you are dealing with very dishonest brokers. I’ve currently started a claim with Wyoming consumer bureau of protection to report their fraudulent behaviors ( they say they are located in Wyoming but my communication was all with India )…. So no other vulnerable family gets taken advantage of on such a large scale.

Jason has been with us every step of our trip. It’s like having a best friend with you who also just happens to be an expert in the places you are traveling. It is a huge relief to have this wonderful service when on a vacation. You will never regret it
