I discussed my bed requirements with Adam at OBS, and he provided excellent advice and recommendations to help me choose the right option. His knowledge and honest guidance made the entire process simple and straightforward.
From payment through to delivery, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The bed arrived on time and was securely packaged.

We needed 3 single beds for our children asap, we told Sohail their age and that we wanted them to last into adulthood...
2 days later, 3 perfectly matched 1500 pocket sprung mattresses were delivered and the old ones taken away.

Where do I start? Absolute pristine service from Adam. Honest, hardworking man who is pretty much available at any hour on any day. He will always get back to you and is happy to talk to you about beds and mattresses all day long! I've never discussed beds so much because nobody ever asks what you want or whether you are unsure or not. Considering I'm in London, it was delivered within days as he flagged it as urgent for me. I have had my fair share or rude and condescending customer services with other companies but Adam IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Top notch, straight to the organ grinder and no monkeys! For anyone wondering if this is for real, then YES it is and NO I am not an employee or otherwise. Just hard to find good honest folk nowadays who genuinely want to do whats right by you and not just about making money. Feel passionately about this hence the strong review. Good sales, customer service and quality products at a very very decent price, is hard to come by. Thank you once again Adam and will definitely be sharing with anyone looking to get a new bed, mattress, etc. Just to add, he also will advise you on what's RIGHT FOR YOU, not just try and get you to buy the most expensive items. I wouldn't even give these one star, but that's the lowest option. This company does not care about their customers, once they have got your money they completely ignore any you, and say that you are Racist, and you're only complaining about it because of his ethnicity. They say that on one of their adverts, and that you should just claim your money back from the bank! It is absolutely appalling. They need reporting to Trading Standards.

100% I would recommend this company
100% I would recommend this company. I looked at so many beds with different companies and wasn’t getting anywhere. Either the beds were too expensive or the quality wasn’t what I was expecting.
