I feel totally distraight by Boots Online "doctor" service
I simply do not recommend the Boots online "doctor" service for any GLP medication! They charge nearly double compared to other registered online providers and do not deliver any service that is either supportive or benicial to individual customers.
* I appreciate your reply to this, however none of the support that you mention below was provided to me, despite the fact that i shared my previous side effects, and the response/advice continues to be very generic. For that reason I complained about the service or rather the lack of it... and i will continue complaining for 2 reasons:
1. I don't want it to be affecting other customers who still have trust in the Boots company and its reputation
2. I am still waiting for the individualised support that i paid for and that was not in line with the CQC standards (as it claims on Boots digital)

The online prescription ordering…
The online prescription ordering process was straight forward. I didn't get notification my prescription was ready for 5 days even though it was ready, which is really annoying. Then picking it up wasnt much better. Miserable customer service assistant gave me my prescription, no advice on how to store it or anything. I asked for a sharps box, she went missing for 10 minutes trying to find one, then said I'd have to come back later in the day to pick one up. I've switched online services to one that delivers so none of this hassle.

Great service, just a little complex and slow
I have put as the service is good, but complicated and slow to respond. And it’s not possible to do this in person at a Boots Chemist, which would be easier and faster.
For the Wegovy, you had to do selfies, which is complicated as my arms are both the same length and maybe not long enough to full body selfies !!!
What would be good is to do part of the procedure in a chemist, to it easer and conveniant..
And then the time of reply is long, so making the procedure longer..

As we are an online-only service, the consultation does need to be completed entirely online, which means we’re unable to offer any in-person steps at pharmacies. We understand this may feel less convenient for some patients and appreciate you sharing your perspective on this.
Regarding the photos, we do recommend using a full-length mirror where possible if it’s difficult to take a full body selfie, as this can make the process much easier.
We also apologise if our response times felt longer than expected — we’re always working to improve this so the process is as smooth and efficient as possible. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
