Farce
Registered online, ordered medication and stated a one off order. However, they have sent medication again that I have not ordered and charged me. I have sent medication back and got refund. I have tried to cancel my account but nobody seems to want to help and keep getting told that I need to speak to somebody else. Go to that department and get told not us and get sent back to original person, a total farce.

My experience with using boots on line…
My experience with using boots on line Doctor. Has been very satisfactory and easy to apply and use. And on collection of my prescription I was very impressed with how I was taken into a private room had my blood pressure checked and was shown videos on how to use my prescription and was reassured that I was being looked after and they are there if I need anything 7 days a week, which made me feel safe.
