I have had multiple deliveries that are damaged, trying to organise returns it’s so difficult. Unable to speak to anyone over the phone. Poor communication via the email. So disappointed.

I ordered two products from this…
I ordered two products from this company only received one. I have sent many emails and in the beginning they would reply but now I'm not hearing from any one. I would like my funds refunded at this point since the one product I bought doesn't even do what it's suppose to do. I wouldn't even give them one star. that's the only way I could do the review.

Continued...Where is our money then?
A case has been opened up against you via Pay Pal and you have not responded. Also, we have checked our Paypal and the money has NOT been returned as of 2 minutes ago after reading your reply. In fact your statement that the money has been returned yet you do not have access to your pay pal or website does not make sense. How can you return money though an account you no longer have access to? My partner has emailed you days ago trying to figure out WHERE our bed is and you STILL have not responded to him. WHERE IS OUR MONEY? If that was the case why didn't you send an email immediately after receiving our payment to explain the situation and that you will be refunding us? WHERE is the refund? Why have you not responded to our representatives regarding you having our money and us not receiving our goods? Completely unprofessional!
