I attempted to order three different books, one copy per book. Your system kept showing me that I had ordered eight (8) copies of "Treat Your Own NECK", not one copy. Whatever happened in my attempting to correct my order the one copy of the NECK book disappeared from the order.

I am having trouble with your site. I tried to reset my password but it ws so much trouble that I ordered as a Guest, even though I have a Professional rate. I own a Pilates/Gyrotonic Studio .

Streamlined. Clear. Concise.

After spending several hours checking out OPTP’s catalog, I’ve placed a couple of orders. They have every kind of “body works” for toning, strengthening (not dumbells, but tools/machines that help you use your own body weight like pilates, yoga, etc.), and lengthening your muscles. They sell a number of instruction books with varying complete systems as well as the equipment one uses to benefit from the exercises.

Everything they sell would be beneficial to my broken-down body, so I have to pare down my wants vs. necessities in terms of pain management. I‘m wholly satisfied with everything that I’ve chosen for lengthening my muscles and massaging the fascia. I’m so grateful to have found OPTP. They are a blessing to me.

Was looking for a cushion that would give relief on hips and lower back. The description and reviews describe what we need. Can’t wait to try it. Have a lumbar cushion from OPTP and we love it.

Very concerned that shipping costs are not known at the time of purchase.

I called to complain about a sleep roll that was painful and I was treated with disrespect by the person answering the phone. I have bought quite a bit from the company, but they wouldn't let me return the sleep roll. I had not used it, and it is hard as a rock. I don't know how anyone could sleep on it. This purchase will end my relationshipto with this company. Buyer, beware. If you don't like, you are stuck.

Purchased an $80 item and ended up with an additional $60 in shipping and the over $60 in customs and duty. As a Canadian shopper I would not purchase from you again as this wS way too expensive and not clear up front

There was a discount code, but every time I tried to apply it, it went to a page that showed an error code. So I just placed the order, since the discount was only good through that day. I did leave a note in my order asking whether the discount could be applied, but I haven't heard back yet.

It was a very easy site to navigate. The products were clearly explained in full and putting in my information was very quick.

Love the ease of navigating the site and the professional discount.
Hate the shipping charges.
If I forgot to order something for my clinic, the shipping charges dissuade me from ordering again and I usually find an alternative at a different site.
Perhaps looking at free shipping over a certain dollar amount would encourage people to:
-order more products to meet the threshold
-order more frequently

Broad selection but navigating could be better.
I had to pull out your catalog to find stuff and think I didn’t get to see all. You should group things better. Why are balls not together?
