Excellent customer handling

The short videos that explained the difference between the different types of rollers were very helpful. A good idea to offer a book that demonstrates exercises for users new to rollers. I ordered the book along with the soft roller.

As a fellow therapist, I appreciate the higher quality products you offer.

Shopping itself was fine. However, when I placed the order and selected the default "USPS Priority Mail," I couldn't find an explanation of what that is in terms of potential number of days til delivery. A ballpark figure would have been nice so I could make the best choice between that option and another.

I am unhappy and I just sent a note to customer service, re: order #2374911. Of the 2 occipital floats that I ordered, One came without the air stopper to close the bladder and it appears used with scratches on the base. The other came without the straw to blow up the bladder. These are Christmas gifts and I need a replacement for the used one ASAP! Also, I need an air straw for the other one. I have ordered quite a few items from you and this has been the worst experience...luckily I opened the plastic bag and inspected the merchandise before I wrapped it for Christmas.
