I found the website clear and easy to use, the Oraliu foot massager Oraliu neuro corrective therapy I ordered was the same as in the pictures, which isn't always the case with some sites, the item came on time and so was genuinely happy.

First class product,quality materials with excellent service.

I had no idea when ordering a pair of "heated" gloves from the company that it would not be possible to return them as the cost would be a vast amount to a very complicated address in China! They appeared to be based in the UK. The item description was inaccurate and they are too tight. I was in correspondence with someone and after much bargaining they agreed to give me 45% refund and keep the gloves which are of no use to me. As the cost was £29.99, I accepted their gesture as had had enough by then. A warning to others - do not buy from them.

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I paid them £190.00 for 2 watches, within 3 days of wear, 1 watch strap snapped, the front facial cover fell off the other watch amongst other issues.
Now the company refuses to give me my full refund as advertised in their terms & conditions.
They choose to ignore my emails.
They should not be allowed to sell any product.

Ordered product way before Christmas, after chasing continuously it arrived late December. Disgusted with the quality, and it didn’t work. Fighting for a refund,which is proving challenging due to the time delays and clearly templated responses that do not address issue raised. They are clearly based aboard. RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT buy from this company.

Company is based in China, and have illegally used the address for a cold storage company as their "registered address".

Goods sent from China, expect long delivery time of at least 3 weeks

I ordered this pillow has I was wanting some support for my neck while sleeping. After reading the reviews I thought great. At last I've found a perfect pillow. That looks good and as good reviews. I ordered and waited thinking it what a UK site. Found it it was coming from China, However All reviews or Fake on the site, I ordered Only to wait when it arrived.. Utter SH*T terrible made just filled with cotton balls.. STAY WELL AWAY... Gone straight in the Bin..

Paid for high quality laser pointer utter rubbish! Not as described no instructions and to contact them or use returns policy is impossible

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered straighteners. Which didn’t even heat up. Tried to return then over the space of a week and kept getting ai generated emails back offering me 20% refund then 30% without any offer of return. Then they said I can return but refunds can take up to 21 working days. Awful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS ARTISTS

Insoles were not useable as noway to control heat. If plugged in and left they would just burn.
This company offer 100% refund BUT MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN they offer a 30%, then 50% refund , dont return product, but the product is overpriced to start with, so they're on a win-win each time!!
Beware this site!

It came dirty, no support to neck as seen on website, well over priced for its bad qulity, and took long to come, pleased keep away from being from Oraliu.

don't buy anything, no refunds at all although it's a very poor quality far from what you see on their site, scam

This company operate in an underhand manner and should be avoided at all costs.
I ordered a set cushion and like other reviews I have just read, discovered it was of very poor quality and not as described or illustrated in pictures.

Worse still, they charged me twice for one cushion :- £71.35 the first time followed on the same day by £83.95 the second time. They have now removed their website page but I will chase them down via Companies House and Trading Standards etc., to recover my money.

In fact I will initiate action to have them investigated.

My advice is to not trade with this company

BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY at all cost, this company will sell you extremely cheap goods and you'll never get your refund.

I ordered an egornomic pillow for neck pain at the cost of £39.99, the pillow took more than five weeks to come, it came rolled up in cheap plastic packaging, upon opening the packaging the pillow turned out to be flat, out of shape, polyester and nylon outer and filling.

I contacted Oralui via their customer support email and requested a full refund after several emails like ten emails later a 60% refund was negotiated, after that no correspondence from Oralui and no refund. Still waiting. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. BEWARE THEY ARE ALSO SELLING THEIR FAKE PRODUCTS ON OTHER SITES LIKE EBAY UNDER A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME! Not to mention they use a +44 number to fool people to think they're bades in UK but they're not based in UK. I would give this company 0 stars if possible and would attach a picture if I could.

This company is not even worthy of 1star. Ordered two products, one arrived faulty and the other was missing a crucial bit of information that hinders the product.
They only offered me 30% back. They have over £70 of my hard earned money and are showing no signs of refunding me fully.
I am going to trading standards and I’m also going to seek legal advice because companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to advertise the lies they put on there websites.

I ordered and paid for a knee guard for my mom as a gift on 6 January 2024, it is now April and I have still not received the product, I have emailed multiple times, have tried to phone, no response. I would like a refund so that I can go elsewhere.

The product did not work for me, it was an anti snoring device that did not fit.
They sent me a returns address after about 5 emails. I returned the product and never heard a word back from them

Do not order you will not get item and no response to emails. When I check out the post code there was over 200 companies at that address, so keep clear.

If I could give lower that 1 star, then I would. DO NOT, for the love of all that is holy, order from this company. You will NOT get your item, worse still, they don't respond to any emails. PLEASE, I beg you all, DO NOT order anything from this company!!!
