However, we must clarify that your tenancy ended with outstanding rent and the property left in an unsatisfactory condition, requiring additional time and resources to rectify.
Our team works diligently to communicate with all tenants and ensure a smooth tenancy experience, but we also have a responsibility to enforce lease agreements and maintain professional standards. While we understand that lease compliance matters can sometimes be challenging, we strive to handle them fairly and in accordance with legislation.

Jessamyn, we appreciate your feedback, although we are concerned about the content and tone of your review. We take our reputation seriously and strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We are dedicated to resolving any issues that may arise. Whilst we acknowledge your frustration, we do not agree with your claims. With the on-going finalisation of your tenancy and pending discrepancies in dispute, it is unfair to make such strong and slanderous comments about our agency. With your approval, we are happy to present before and after photos of the discrepancies in question in this public forum - which you have initiated.
Alternatively, a more professional manner of going about this resolution is to have a Magistrate decide after our numerous attempts to resolve the situation amicably.
