My experience with Orbisify mirrors…
My experience with Orbisify mirrors many of the negative reviews. The site claimed over 140 units were in stock, yet my order was delayed due to “fulfillment issues.” They provided a revised delivery date, but when that date passed, I received no update at all. Charging customers before an item is ready to ship and then failing to communicate is unacceptable. If a company has stock or fulfillment problems, transparency is the minimum standard. Thankfully this order wasn’t for a client—otherwise it would have damaged my professional credibility. I strongly recommend reading recent reviews and proceeding with caution.

I originally placed my order with Orbisify on 2/18/2026. Although they reached out on 2/28/2026 to confirm that my order had shipped, the package did not arrive from China until 3/13/2026. The long shipping time wasn’t my main issue—what concerned me most was the lack of communication throughout the process.
Once I became persistent with my emails, their responses improved significantly. After the product arrived, Orbisify offered me a discount and refunded my credit card appropriately. Because they ultimately took responsibility and corrected the situation, I’m updating my rating to 4 stars.
Would I purchase from them again? Probably yes, if only to see whether the long shipping delay was a one‑time fluke or part of their normal process.

They delivered it outside of my gate, and so I never received the package. When I asked for them to honor taking care of the $19 order, the customer service rep replied:
We will not be replacing the order, you left bo clear instructions on where or when to deliver the order, the delivery company delivered where they had access.

They replied, "Best regards!" What an FU and horrible customer service. They should be ashamed.
100% not true. In my 20 years of receiving packages, this was the only one stupidly placed outside the gate, and they are not taking responsibility.
again, it is a $19 order!!!
I don't think it is a good business practice to offer terrible customer service unless Trustpilot calls you out to take action and then offer a solution to the customer.

40-inch LED is great and so is their customer service
I just received their 40-inch LED cabinet light and couldn't be more pleased. Their customer service was quick to answer my questions before I placed my order. But what's more important, they responded within an hour when I had a question about the light once I received it. Excellent customer service! I am using it on my mantle, tilted up slightly to illuminate a large oil painting that hangs over the fireplace. The uniform lighting across the picture is much nicer than the uneven lighting from traditional spotlights. The low profile makes the light fixture nearly invisible. Super-easy setup and installation. Well packaged. The light is protected in a pvc tube. It is everything I hoped it would be.

Missing parts, poor quality, and slow resolution
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered about $300 worth of items, and multiple products arrived with missing parts. I contacted customer service and was told replacements would be sent, but even after 10+ days nothing arrived.
This company feels like a middle vendor with no real ownership of quality or fulfillment. The product quality is cheap for the price, yet the items are sold at a premium. For what they charge, I expected far better materials and service.
Honestly, you can find better-quality products for less on Amazon or elsewhere, with faster delivery and easier returns. I would not order from them again.

I needed some LED light strips for my undershelf HO scale train layout. Tried white and cold white...cold white did the job. When I asked Orbisify if I could exchange the white for another cold white, they said they would ship the next day, and also give me a prepaid envelope to return the one I don't need.

Great Product and Exemplary Service
I was so excited when I found Orbisify online. I am a designer and I needed undershelf lighting for a very large built-in I designed for a client. The product (Ultra Thin LED Built-in Under Cabinet Invisible Light Bar) came quickly. I was having the cabinet built in a different state from me and my furniture maker misplaced some of the pieces that came in the package. I spoke to Sarah, a truly great customer service person. And she was able to send me the pieces that were lost. And made sure I was getting what I needed.I will definitely buy from them again. Makes me want to design another bookcase!

Exactly the clean look I wanted. Routed a 6mm × 9mm groove and the tiny aluminum profile dropped in seamlessly. I chose 4000Kand it’s bright, even, and dot‑free thanks to the silicone diffuser. Everything i needed for installation was included (driver, sensorswitch, cables) was in the box, so no extra parts hunt.

They charged my cc right away but the product never arrived. They don't have a number to call just an AI chat. I regret not having read the reviews earlier!

We would also like to clarify that Orbisify does provide customer support through multiple channels, including live chat, email support, and direct communication with our support team. The statement that customers only have access to “AI chat” does not accurately reflect our support process or customer experience.
At Orbisify, we are always willing to investigate and resolve legitimate order issues when customers provide sufficient order information so our team can assist properly. However, in this particular case, we were unable to verify the authenticity of the claimed transaction despite repeated attempts during the review investigation process.
